Gulf Front 1B Condo -Heated Pools & Spa

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

The pictures portray the rental perfectly. Everything in the owner's controll was absolutely perfect. Incredibly clean condo with tons of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the best beach on the planet is literally steps away where your beach chairs are waiting. Unfortunately we had to make five calls to the front desk because of an alarm going off in an electrical room across the hall (very loud and obnoxious). There is a convoluted management structure on the property where multiple companies oversee various aspects and every time we called it took an hour to get someone to come shut the alarm off which unfortunately has included manually tracking someone down twice. I'm sure this isn't typical, but it was our experience.

I could of stayed in a 4 star hotel for the price I paid.

Very unfriendly feeling no explanations of things to use in condo. Uncomfortable chairs couch old & worn. Kitchen nice only 1 skillet that looked like world war 2. Bunk bed unusable not enough room between ceiling & bed. Bed in bedroom was a double bed. VCR didn't work. Towels for bathroom was pitiful. 2 towels to dry a man's body. Had to wash towels everyday. Not a vacation when sleeping arrangements were limited. Whoever owns this property is making alot of money & never upgrading place!! Ran out of toilet paper.

Room was not clean

Room was not clean, I cleaned bathroom, surfaces, kitchen and areas we touch like cabinets door knobs and remotes. Dirty dishes were placed in cabinets. Roaches were found, dead and alive. The bedroom smelled musty, especially the curtain and closet. So happy I brought my own pillows, and sheets. Needs fresh coat of paint, and sink needs attention bc it does not drain. Urine was saturated in bathroom, next to toilet. If you pay extra for a clean room, then it should be clean. I love the beach, but not happy with this facility. The inside pool hours for kids are from 12-6 only, they are strict and asked me and my one year old to get out of the pool, even though we were the only ones swimming in it. It was only 6:30 pm, it started raining so I went inside to the pool, the man was so rude and stood there waiting until we were dried and away from the pool. Only adults can be in the pool after 6, and NOT BEFORE 12 pm….I will not return here, after the money we paid, you think you could at least enjoy a clean room.

Great location!

Condo was in a great location and the complex seemed to be well taken care of. The unit seemed clean and most furnishings were good. The bed needs to be upgraded, it sunk in the middle. Overall, a good stay.

Good property - need to stock units better

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, great view of ocean from first floor unit, easy access to pool and beach. Lots of codes to remember to get in and out. Unit was not well stocked. No bakeware (had to use a skillet in oven to cook biscuits), no spatula except for the outdoor grill spatula (no outdoor grill), no dish cloths, no wash cloths, 4 towels for five days for two people.

Perfect Quiet Condo

Bottom floor was nice and felt like we were not in the middle of it all. Easy access to beach, pool. Loading and unloading car was easy bc you could pull right up to the condo. First evening needed more time to get rid of the humid feeling inside, but other than that great condo for the hubs and I. Just an FYI, the grill on the porch has been covered, so only indoor cooking available.
