Tutti amano passare il tempo con la famiglia e gli amici, e avere la capacità di creare ricordi insieme in vacanza ci fa tesoro di loro ancora di più. Essere in grado di essere sotto lo stesso tetto, senza perdere l'accesso ai servizi di resort stellari, precisamente ciò che offre questa casa con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e mezzo Sky. Spazzando da est a ovest fino al Golfo del Messico, la vista dal balcone privato non ha precedenti. Questa unità vanta un letto King nel Master, due letti Queen nel secondo, letti a castello nel terzo, e il divano letto che è perfetto per famiglie numerose che vogliono l'esperienza di vacanza Premier. Gli ospiti hanno la piscina riscaldata e centro benessere alla base della torre, la spiaggia a soli 100 metri di distanza, e un grande momento!

Great spring break getaway

Beautiful property with a spectacular view. All was as pictured described, except no curtain over master door to patio so super bright in the morning. Overall no serious complaints, would def stay again.

Perfect family vacation!

The resort is perfect for the whole family. Our kids who range in age of 7 - 17 loved their stay. Between the beach, pools, bikes, inflatables, dailey activities there is always something foe the family to do. The staff is helpful and friendly. It it also close to Pensacola Beach board walk which has a ton of restaurants and activities! We loved loved loved this trip. We will be going back!

our family trip

Portafino Resort is a fabulous place. everyone was very nice. we had our 89 year old mother with us and anytime we called for a golf cart pick up they were right there to help. every employee we came in contact with were so very nice and accommodating. the young men on the beach were a great help getting my mom from the street to the beach in that great wheelchair with the beach tires. what a great thing to have for elderly people. the condo was nice and comfortable with a great view. but could use a little TLC. but overall it was a fantastic trip. this was my second time to stay at Portafino but 1st time was in another unit.

We were kind of disappointed when we first arrived at Tower 1 and the 8th floor. Doors to enter 801 were well worn and looked damaged. Walked in and large area of entry floor tiles were damaged and being held together with duct tape. Able to put a rug over it. Vent above microwave was broken and laying on top of cooking range. Freezer door did not shut properly causing ice make to not work. Had to have maintenance fix or adjust door to get ice finally by the next day. Maintenance not able to fix microwave vent. Bedroom with bunkbeds, unable to get light and fan to work. On the bright side, master bedroom mattress seemed new and very comfortable. Once we got settled in and got our things placed around the condo, it felt better. View of the gulf was amazing. Condo was spacious. I guess as for as much we paid for the week, I was expecting the condo to be in perfect condition. Condo appeared in a well worn state.

Issues handled extremely quickly

Amazing location, spacious property perfect for our large family. Kiddos loved the bunk beds! Slight issue with floors not being clean previous to arrival, Carrie was quick to get cleaning service to contact us. Had quite a few other minor issues with curtain/microwave being broken, again she contacted maintenance and they were there to fix within the hour. Could use some attention for minor issues (wobbly toilet, oven took forever to heat up, washing machine sounds like it’s on its last leg) but nothing that took away from our trip!

Great location and space!

Fabulous location, views and tons of space. The front desk and property manager were very responsive and nice. The pros of this condo certainly outweigh any negatives. The main "cons" were: The TV did not work. The maintenence personnel tried several times to get it fixed, but it never fully worked. It also took a few calls to the front desk to get maintenence to come each time. The dryer works, but does take several cycles to dry. The bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom creaky, but my son slept on it just fine. No paper towels were provided, so just know to bring those. Even despite these things, we would absolutely book this condo again! It was very roomy and the location and views cannot be beat!

Just Wonderful

How can I sum up AMAZING! The resort, the staff, the condo and the view was EVERYTHING. This was my first time bringing my family to the beach and everything was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves the whole time. We cannot wait to return later this year.

Love Pensacola Beach!

We had a great time in Pensacola. Portofino Island is a beautiful resort...right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. There is also a very nice pool we only used 1 day...the beach is just more fun! The condo itself had the most beautiful views of the gulf! Slept 7 of us very comfortably. The condo was very nice but could use a little TLC and probably a good deep clean. The washing machine leaked out into the hallway so we only used it once. The dryer took 3 different cycles to dry a load of towels...so about 3 hours...so we only used it once as well. The BBQ grill didn’t work the night we arrived but we called the owner and someone came the next day to fix it. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, furniture was nice...overall a very nice place. We would stay there again!

Long weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend at the Portofino. The place was as beautiful as it looked on line....including the view. We will be back and will try to get that same unit. Thank you!!

Beautiful but not clean- needs paint and repair

Beautiful property. Loved the view! Problems though... ‘Clean’ towels had makeup stains- gross, dingy brown. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty floor- took off my shoes and my white socks were black in minutes. Shower curtain was black on the bottom from mold. Remote was missing- notified front desk. Definitely issues with vrbo cleaning process. Clothes dryer really didn’t work- took 4 hours to damp dry small load of clothes. Paint coming off in small bathroom and lots of paint dings. Place needs some TLC. Beautiful condo. Spoke to front desk and they said it wasn’t their problem. No written instructions for check out so the process was confusing but got it done after going to the main building and back up again. Showed the front desk pics of the conditions. Overall nice place if the cleaning issue is fixed and minor issues taken care of and dryer replaced.

Very Disappointed

The CONDO was a huge disappointment. While the views were fantastic, the rest of the condo didn't match up. The mattresses in all the beds, except for the sofa bed, need replacing. The beds are unstable and shaking. The Trundle bed kept squeaking and waking the kids up. There were barely enough towels for the whole family and the dryer was pitiful. It didn't seem to get hot. It took 5 hours to dry one load of towels. That is just not acceptable. The TV in the living room was not working. We reported it to management. Somebody came by and said the TV was dead. They would report it to somebody else. Nobody showed up until the next day to check the TV and he replace it. All the pans in the condo were shot. We had to buy a new pan just to cook breakfast. We were very disappointed how cheap some of the cookware was compared to the price of the condo. Some of the furniture on the patio was broken. Somebody should have checked this unit before renting it out and fixed the issues beforehand. I am a world traveler and have stayed at many four-star resorts. I have known Portofino for years because I lived in the neighborhood. When it comes to their restaurant service, nothing has changed. There doesn't seem to be any management. The restaurant customer service is very poor. For a property of this size, there should be a team spirit and the customers should not be lacking anything. Somebody needs to go to training at a 4-star resort and see how it's done. Very poor. It took us over 30 minutes just to get drinks ordered and it took almost an hour to get food. They were not that busy. There were only four tables occupied and it seemed they had at least six waiters, if not more. On a positive note, the check-in staff and the concierge were very helpful and efficient and the dolphin cruise, which was included with our stay, was wonderful.

Beautiful view

This was our 7th visit to Portofino. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s breathtaking. We loved the kitchen dishes. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, griddle , blender . However salt and pepper & coffee filters would have been awesome. The curtains were a little dirty . Not a lot of extra blankets . The comforters were a bit thin. The dryer didn’t work great but I think that’s how all the condos are there. Needed more towels . Great location in a great tower. Lots of room. Some kids or adult games would be a great added touch, it was a great vacation, nice condo, was very clean when we arrived,
