Welcome to paradise at Portofino Island Resort 1-1708! This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo features breathtaking 17th-floor views of the Gulf of America! Enjoy being steps away from the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom offers a King bed, en suite master bath with a walk-in shower, and direct balcony access with Gulf views. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the water, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a full sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and an incredible view to enjoy while making beautiful memories, preparing meals for your crew! This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, free Wifi, smart TVs, cable, and 2 designated and covered parking spaces. Come relax on the balcony after a long day at the beach, enjoying every moment of your stay at Portofino Island Resort 1-1708.

Portofino Island Resort is a luxury high-rise located directly on the white sands of Pensacola Beach. This five-tower complex has 2- and 3-bedroom properties. Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities. Very nice property!!! Only thing I would improve on is the sleeper sofa needs to be updated, because it sinks in when sat on….and could feel the metal frame. The dryer did not dry the clothes well and we did not have a huge load. Wishing the restaurant in Portifino had a REAL pizza instead of the flatbread one!…
