Inside you have seating abound in the living room (pull out queen sleeper sofa) plus you choose between enjoying sensational views over the Santa Rosa Sound or a watching your favorite movies and TV shows from a 85” flat screen (mobile app ready) video streaming TV. The dining room overlooks the living area and has views of the water across the balcony.

The kitchen is fully stocked and abounds with granite, stainless steel, and gourmet flatware/cutlery, glassware, and place settings for 22. beautiful living area that Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private dock. The master bedroom is very large with king bed and an immense master bath suite - it is the epitome of opulence. The master also has a large bean bag bed to sleep an extra person! The Dr. Suess bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin over full bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 guests! This room connects with the 2nd guest bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd guest suites upstairs both have a Queen bed. Oh – did we forget to mention – we have tile flooring throughout which makes for easy beach vacationing.
