There’s nothing better than the surf, sand, and sunshine of Pensacola Beach. This phenomenal home gives you access to all three! Located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for family fun! There's even an easement that runs right alongside the home leading directly to the beach! You can see the easement in the listing photos.

With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this expansive beach home sleeps 14. A fully updated kitchen boasts of two ovens and a Viking gas stove featuring a deep fryer! An open living area sits across from the kitchen. In the garage you'll find a full washer and dryer along with a ping pong table. The deck area is the perfect example of beach living, and is ideal for entertaining, outdoor dining, or relaxing while watching the waves roll in.

Just a few miles down the road you'll find the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk full of restaurants and shopping for the whole family to enjoy after a day at the beach.

Beautiful Beach Retreat

This house was the perfect size four our extended family as we came to celebrate a wedding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The water was hot, the deck was huge. There was easy access to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Having coffee on the balcony was perfect way to start our day. We had a nice big table to share our family breakfast before heading off to wedding events.we all wished we could have stayed one more day.

Many issues

We stayed there over the July 4th week. We had many issues with the house and the property manager only took care of one thing. When we arrived there were beer bottles and cans all over the yard. seat cushions on porch do not match and look like trash, The doors to the patio stuck and after a day the property team finally took care of the issue. the room off the garage the ac did not work and the property management ignored my calls and texts. in the Kitchen the gas cook top had to be manually lit. i will not stay at this property again or with the same rental company. at the end we followed all the instructions and i got charged an extra 250. this is a scam place!

Very spacious & affordable

I say affordable because the cost was shared by several couples. The home itself had some minor condition issues due to its age but nothing serious. Huge bedrooms! Best part of this house is the size of all the bedrooms. It never felt crowded with seven people around. Also loved the back deck area in the evening. Instructions on how to operate the multiple ovens would be helpful. The foosball table was broken, which sucked. I would give the place

Run down house with poor management

This property has been run down in quality and customer service. This is the second time staying here and this time has been very poor for the service and upkeep of the house. There were things that were breaking and broken last year and those thing were not address since my last stay, and even things got worse. The Property management service was outrageously awful. The communication from them was near none. When I reached out there was huge delays in response. When checking in, there was no communication. I tried to check in a few hours early and received nothing but attitude from the young lady at the front desk. I was lied to about why i could not get in early. I was given attitude when questioning why and was trying to be really nice but received attitude. She said it was not cleaned yet and she would let me know when it was ready (this was a lie). The cleaning was done but was waiting for the inspection of the property by one single person responsible for properties across Pensacola. The final inspection was not completed till after the time I was set to check in by a nice man who was complaining about being over stretched with his inspections why he was late. There were broken ceiling fans, the front light was hanging off the wall, appliances were not working, the wifi was awful and almost non-existent. The furniture is half broken and run down. It looks like the maintenance around the house has been non-existent with almost zero lawn and brush cleaning. It looks as though they are getting as much money from the house as possible to run it to the ground with putting zero back into the property. The appliances are old and dated with the biggest hodge-podge mixture of utensils and equipment for the kitchen. I will NOT be returning for another visit to this property or with this management group.

Be careful and read the reviews before renting this property!!

Lots of reviews discuss the disrepair in this house. It is TRUE and not likely to get better based on the fact that many items were noted over 6 months ago and no upgrade has been completed. yet. In fact Premier knows about lots of these (they said so when I called), but they don't seem motivated to get them resolved. Good things about the house: • Layout is good. Open kitchen/den with lots of seating • Beds were comfortable and linens were generous and clean • Back porch is roomy and has a nice ocean breeze much of the time. • Kitchen large and fairly well stocked • House was very clean on the inside • Garage refrigerator with lots of space Not so nice things about the house: • Porch cushions need to be replaced. They are filthy (not shown in photo, probably since they are so dirty) (This was noted in a review ~ 8 months ago) • Only two useable beach chairs. Lots of broken beach chairs. The photo shows a wagon filled with beach toys, but it is misleading since the wagon is broken. • Foosball table is missing the ball. So not useable. • Broken fan blade in downstairs bedroom • Some crayon or lipstick residue in the dryer, which damaged one of my shirts • Wine cooler is broken. Property management knew about this but did not inform us so we wasted time messing with it. • None of the kitchen knives were sharp. Need to provide a knife sharpener. • Only one kitchen towel provided, so bring your own • Discarded cigarette butts in planter on porch (noted in a previous review ~1 year ago) • 4 bathrooms are listed. But one bathroom has a tub and no shower, so not ideal.

Sea Breeze - Persistent Reported Issues

The space for this house is good. The beds were good. However, the rest of the house is in major need of attention. So many things are broken (ceiling fans, doors that will not open, town racks, water control handle in main floor bathroom, sink in main floor bathroom doesn't drain well and multiple kitchen chairs broken). Additionally, the living room couch and chair are way to old and need to be replaced. The outdoor deck chairs are in bad shape and the cushions for the wicker furniture are disgusting. Also, the outdoor furniture was not arranged in any organized fashion. The under-the-deck outdoor shower area was cluttered with stuff and didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever. I used the hose to clean it up a bit myself. The landscape needs some cleanup / TLC. The kitchen appliances all worked, the washer & dryer in the garage worked, the ping-pong table was fun and all of the TVs worked (accept no remote in the downstairs / across the garage was missing). My extended family made the most of it but it was a lot of money to pay for such a run-down property. Also, I called 2+ months previous to our reservation based on reviews that had some of the same issues that I found. I was told that those items had been resolved and therefore I kept my reservation. If the owner is not going to reinvest in the property, Premier Property Management should not host this house because it will give you a bad reputation. We have visited Pensacola Beach three times now in the last several years and I will be very suspicious of Premier hosted properties in the future.

1st Visit to Pensacola

The property was very large and spacious, room for everyone and then some. I loved the decor, large kitchen and beds were all comfy and the AC was awesome. Complaints would be there was a planter on side of the porch that contained MANY discarded cigarette butts, kitchen patio door wouldn't lock and there was what looked to be mold on the air vent in the main bedroom's bathroom top floor, other than that just normal wear and tear on a rental. Unfortunately, on our 1st visit we didn't get the crystal clear water due to June grass, however we're beach people and understand that's a chance you take. We'll be back and hope to enjoy the clear water then.

Spacious House

Very spacious house with lots of extras… outdoor shower, beach stuff, large kitchen, lots of seating. Very quick walk to beach and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Our fairly big squad visits the gulf coast every May, and this property suited us very well. Proximity to the beach was perfect, bedrooms were nicely set up, the kitchen/dining was HUGE. My *only* less than perfect comment would be that the easement(path to the beach) has a lot of debris from local construction that will tear you up if you don’t wear shoes! We loved it here!

Beach Perfect

The location of this property could not have been better for a beach vacation. Literally steps from the beach and you can see the gulf from the balcony. There is plenty of parking for all guests which was a big plus for us. The placement of the bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group of college kids and adults. All bedrooms were furnished nicely and the beds were super comfy. The double door garage worked out nicely for bringing our bikes and had tons of room. I was initially concerned about the condition of the property after reading some of the prior guests posted. I communicated my concerns with the management before my stay and was assured all issues were being addressed. I was VERY pleased with the engagement of the property managers and the condition of the place. There were a few minor things wrong but expected of rental property. I would definitely stay here again!

Over Priced

At this price point our expectations were not met. The home is very worn. On arrival, the home had been closed up and the AC was off, it was 80 in the house. Had to call manager for repair of AC and dishwasher. Internet not working. Carpet in upper bedrooms badly badly stained. Garbage disposal not working well. It was just ok. Would not rent again.

POOR CONDITION - LACK OF AMENITIES

Spacious Home with Gulf Views & Ping Pong Table & Foosball Table Star Star Star Star Star I must say I am somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the VRBO managed property my family rented from March 12 to March 19. Being with my family is always a joy and as we celebrated my daughter's 50th birthday during this stay we have had some good times that we will remember for many years. However, the poor condition of the property and the lack of adequate amenities certainly was a distraction from fully enjoying our stay. We could overlook 2 or 3 items but I believe you will agree, 12 significant discrepancies is unacceptable. The following item items could have been easily corrected by the owner or manager of the property prior to our arrival which would have made our stay more enjoyable: Dining room chair completely broken preventing one of our guests from joining us at the dining table for meals. Outside rain gutter broken causing constant dripping keeping noise people awake in bedroom on inside wall – We tried to fix it with a plastic bag!! Upstairs king bedroom ceiling fan speed adjustment broken permitting only two speeds; off and very high! Outdoor furniture cushions are filthy, complete with large amounts of animal hair. Several outsides door latches are in poor repair resulting in causing doors to be difficult to open, close and especially lock! Kleenex boxes contained only 3 or 4 tissues without exception. Not near enough toilet paper or paper towels for 5 people for a week. Internet WiFi connection very sporadic and usually not strong enough to connect to first floor computers or cell phones. Large clock laying on floor in dining area instead of hanging on wall First floor shower door off track with damaged nylon roller rendering shower useless. TV located in top floor living area will not connect to cable TV resulting in significant impact on watching TV movies as a family. Wasp nests in porch ceiling fan causing guests to be constantly on guard. Not enough kitchen dish towels, toilet paper, clean bath towels or dish detergent. Had it's positives / negatives

Positives were - Very spacious home (big bedrooms / open kitchen-living room), nicely decorated, and convenient to the beach (easy 5 min walk) Negatives - dated furniture (sofa old, broken chairs, broken furniture, doors hard to open), kitchen was nice, but not all appliances worked, ran out of hot water often - not enough for five bedrooms, exterior was dated and grounds were a mess. Not very clean either...musty smell when we arrived. Overall OK stay - if you need size/rooms, good for the price, but if your budget can allow more...better options out there.

It has it all!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Pensacola. The kitchen was awesome. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of linens. We never ran out of hot water for showers. The updated kitchen appliances were AMAZING and there is a garage fridge. You have a direct walking path from the house to the beach, which is only one house away. Other than needing some additional paper supplies and trash bags, we didn't want for anything.
