Goditi l'aria fresca salata di questa magnifica e moderna struttura fronte mare con cinque camere da letto, con 100 'di facciata sulla spiaggia.

    1212 Ariola Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

    Il foyer si apre su un ampio e spazioso soggiorno / sala da pranzo pieno di luce naturale proveniente dal muro di finestre, splendidi pavimenti in pietra calcarea dell'Indiana e piano aperto perfetto per intrattenere. Il soggiorno dispone di una nuova Smart TV (2019) da 65 ". La grande cucina gourmet, perfetta per lo chef nel cuore, include elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di lusso tra cui un frigorifero Subzero extra large, due lavandini, Keurig e due caffettiere, due lavastoviglie e un mobile bar con vista sulla zona pranzo.

    Una master suite al primo piano comprende mobili su misura, balcone privato sul Golfo, cabina armadio e un bagno padronale di dimensioni standard, simile a una spa, con "stanza umida" con doccia a pioggia e vasca da giardino. La master suite ha anche una nuova (2019) 55 "Smart TV.

    Al piano superiore, troverete altre quattro camere da letto, due con balconi privati sul golfo e un'area salotto con vista sul primo piano e vista su splendide viste sul Golfo. Tutti i ponti e le passerelle sulla spiaggia sono stati sostituiti con ponti compositi Trex. Vivi l'epitome del lusso costiero in vacanza con le spiagge di sabbia bianca di Pensacola e le acque verde smeraldo in questa splendida casa sulla spiaggia!

Unobstructed killer views! Gorgeous home laid out so well for families. We all had our own wing. I really loved the downstairs 2 half baths for the family when we were trying to go shopping or to dinner. This house has everything! Owners really go the extra mile with the dishes, serving platters, high end everything! We also really loved the beach chairs and toys that were available downstairs. Easy wash off with the hose on the back porch. Just a stellar property and we will soooo be back!!!!

Beautiful beachfront home

This house was fantastic and was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels, although the chairs were in pretty rough condition.

The kitchen was fully stocked even with spices, oils, etc. the best part to me was how clean the house and bathrooms were, we would definitely stay here again in the future!

It was perfectly decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only downside was the a/c was not able to adequately cool the house leaving us a bit stuffy at times. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic house with great furnishings. When we asked for help with 1-2 items, the manager provided a prompt response. One small problem is the ice maker, which didn't make nearly enough ice at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfectly located and comfortably decorated. Had a lovely holiday and cooked a great Christmas day meal in the well equipped kitchen. A bit surprised at the plastic plates and glasses. Upgrade to stoneware and proper stemware please. Also, could use a new set of non-stick pots and pans.

However this house was the best yet! Totally awesome! So we’ll equipped inside and out, amazing kitchen, beautifully furnished, great location and a spectacular view. Very easy to go from the beach to the house that our young grandchildren were able to do so independently. A spectacular home that we would definitely rent again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing home. We’ve stayed at many rental homes over the years, but this was by far my favorite. Spacious, safe, immaculate, awesome location. 10 min from grocery and loads of restaurants and take out. (Our favs were Lao Ocean and Founder’s Chowder House). Beach was white sand gorgeous, clean, and not crowded at all - lots of space for the kids to run around. Condos and hotels were far enough away down the beach so you didn’t have to deal with a lot of people or noise. This was the best stocked house at which we have ever stayed, not just kitchen appliances and such, but also beach towels, chairs, body boards, sand toys, 2 bikes, even spices, solo cups, paper plates, shampoo/conditioner, ziplocks, Tupperware, garbage bags, and a ton of wonderful books!! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It’s awesome.

One of the finest homes in Pensacola Beach

Lots of great things to say, so I'll summarize a few things and point out the only two negative aspects as well. The home is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly want, with the exception of one thing. Everything is of the highest quality, from the doors to the A/C. The architect was obsessed with lighting. There is an insane amount of lighting and switches, and the current owner has installed high quality halogen lamps nearly everywhere. If you have the time to learn and appreciate it, you can achieve high-end restaurant quality illumination in every room. The only problem we had is that a dog has soiled the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and the slight background odor was unmistakable up there. I highly recommend to the owners to rip and replace the carpet in those rooms ASAP. The only thing we wanted during our visit was a covered patio. The existing small covered patios are not roofs, they are the deck boards of the top floor balconies, and rain comes through. So there is no place to enjoy being outside during the daily afternoon showers common to the area, and any towels or other things left outside get wet. Given that this is a $5 million property, a $100,000 renovation to create a roofed-in deck patio would add tremendous value. Regardless, we have rented a lot of high-end homes in Florida, La Jolla, and Turks and Caicos, and this is probably the most comfortable and well designed home we have ever occupied. We especially appreciated the brand new dune walkover straight to the incredible Pensacola Beach. Highly recommended.
