We stayed (a group of 7 adults) June7-12. Very clean, updated, with everything we needed right there. Very short walk to the beach and not crowded at all. We were impressed with how fast the elevators were. Never more than a minute or two to wait. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo

We came down to visit our son who was graduating from his Naval A school. The condo was beautiful, fully furnished with everything you could want or need, and so clean! It was close to the base which was a huge plus for us. Could not have asked for a better condo!

Wonderful kick off to summer

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The layout was perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We had one issue with an appliance and a replacement was delivered within 24 hours. Excellent customer service and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

This penthouse was amazing!! Very clean and great views! The staff was amazing with the realty company. The owner was the best, she was so knowledgeable with the area and great recommendations! The place was just like the pictures showed. Definitely will be our new stay at place for our annual girls trips!

Loved our condo

Very clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. Never a long wait for the elevator, easy to get to the beach and water. We look forward to staying in this condo on our next trip to Perdido Key.

Family Vacation

This was our first stay at Beach Colony as we usually stay at another condo. We were blown away by this condo! Everything was exactly as advertised. We stayed in PH16A. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything we needed. The wireless was very fast and there are smart tv’s in every bedroom as well as the main living area. The pool area and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Check in and out was fast and easy. Everything was very well communicated and a follow up call was as received halfway through the stay to ensure we had no issues that needed addressed. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. We will be staying here from now on!

Condo looks exactly like photos. Absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated. All amenities. Location is perfect for a less crowded area. Would definitely stay here again.
