Perfect Stay for our Getaway!

My family booked this condo for a 3 night stay at Navarre Beach. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. The home was clean and ready for us upon check-in. The hosts at Vacasa were very responsive to our needs and made the experience enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm. Beach access was well kept, and the complimentary umbrella and two chairs made preparing for time in the water quick and easy. We would definitely book again for future stays in Navarre.

Beautiful and lovely stay

The condo was very clean. We loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The condo was quiet and well taken care of. While the building was busy, it was like you were all alone once you were in the unit. I especially loved the beach service. Having chairs ready for us on the beach was amazing.

Best condo ever!

This condo is amazing! Loved the wraparound balcony. The condo is huge. The area is great; i.e. not crowded, stores nearby, beautiful beach. I have nothing negative to say. This is definitely somewhere I want to stay again!

Wonderful condo

This condo is perfect for ease, relaxation, and fun. The views are spectacular and so close to the pier yet felt very private. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

Great location. Would stay there again. Beds were very comfortable which was a nice surprise. Most places we have stayed in the past didn’t have such nice beds. Check in was easy and convenient. Overall no complaints.

Booking

Beware when booking, we went through VRBO with the booking but they are a 3rd party for Vacasa so there is a separate booking fee, it will show when you are looking, but when you actually book you will be charged for the the extra fee separately, and the confirmation comes in 2 separate emails. When I received my first confirmation I assumed there was a discount, I didn’t even look for a separate email, found it when I got my credit card statement. This upset me as I had already told the other couple what the amount was going to be, I think it should all be on one billing, one email to cut down on confusion

Beautiful beach; nice location

This condo is in an excellent location and the beach is absolutely beautiful. There are carts in the lobby for loading/unloading. Elevators were quick. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice. The kitchen is beautiful and updated. I would suggest getting a Keurig coffee maker! Thankfully, we brought our own. There is a large screen TV in the living area, but multiple remotes are complicated to use (same in all bedrooms). I would suggest having instructions for using each TV/remote. There are ceiling fans in every room with separate switches from the lights. This was nice! The beds we used were very comfortable but the headboards are not attached and are wobbly. The bath towels are pretty small and scratchy, however, there were plenty provided. The middle bathroom shower was not cleaned efficiently and there were black curly hairs in the shower. Yuck! The area rugs are very worn out and dingy. I would suggest a deep clean of these. Also, the living area rug was taped down with duct tape which was ugly, but I'm assuming it's for handicap access? Overall, this is a very nice unit in a beautiful section of Navarre Beach. Our trip was in off season (3rd week of October) so it was very quiet and not crowded at all. The white sand is like sugar and the water is so clear and beautiful. An earlier check in time would be nice, especially since we changed time zones driving from NC, and it was almost 5:00 pm "our time" when we arrived.

Great condo & great location

Amazing views and great balcony. Everything in the condo was just as shown in the pictures. Great location close to the pier and easy access to several restaurants and to the causeway. We highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

TBH…On arrival there had been a pipe burst and the neighboring parking lots were flooded. One elevator was down and The building is under construction which caused the leak so water was turned off to fix it. With that being said, We did not experience any issues personally. The apartment we stayed in was perfect! There were pool/beach supplies in the closets. Clean and big enough for everyone to have their own space for a true vacation.

Nice but not nice

First of all, the condo and property review should be separate.. The condo was very nice and clean and very comfortable as far as peaceful goes .The only exception that I have is that the couch and the recliner are not built for comfort so most of the trip all I heard was complaining from my other guest.about not being able to enjoy relaxing in living room and to be honest I wasn’t that comfortable either but I improvised .... Overall I personally enjoyed my stay and thought the condo was great overall ... As for the advertisement ,I was under the impression that they were working on sheet rock or room by room as guests were allowing ,but that is not the case AT ALL .. The West wing of the summerwind towers is inconveniently blocked off to where you have to park way out of your way to get to The west wing of the Summerwind towers is in conveniently blocked off to where you have to park way away to unload your car Forget to the condo due to roofing and contractors everywhere. I found at least five nails on ground during my 3 day stay and one was by the pool so they’re not very careful with dropping them. Therefore, watch kids feet by pool and be careful if you do dare to try to unload car by doors if or when it’s randomly unblocked... Also another inconvenience was that the one working elevator was constantly tied up between the construction crew and housekeeping.. They also randomly blocked off one of the three entrances or two of the three entrances by either locking a door or making you go around the whole building to get to it which is doable but aggravating. And one more thing that was not noted is the hot tub for the West wing is out of commission so you have to go to the one beside it which is not far away but it’s not right by our tower.. I did not realize at the time of booking not that much construction will be going on or else I would’ve stayed somewhere else.. The condo ,however, really had nothing to do with that so that’s why I say the property in condo review should be completely different. I do feel ,however, that the advertisement needs to at least be updated to include current construction because it is quite an inconvenience especially for older people or people not in good health. I saw an elderly lady trying to survive unloading her car and was very upset at all the work and not being able to get to her car easily because it was way across the lot...If you can overlook all that which I actually did the condo is gorgeous

Family vacay

The property is located in a great place. Close to everything. The condo was not as clean I would like. If you do not want black bottom feet - then wear shoes. The stove was gross. I opened the bottom drawer and it took 2 hand washings to get unsticky from just touching it. It is a smooth top stove and the cleaners do not know how to clean it properly. Also there was not any cleaning supplies for the smooth top. We did use soap and water and elbow grease - that made it a bit better. There was only 3 not broken chairs on the lani. Also there was only 4 large glasses. For a 3 bedroom condo - that is just not enough. We were there for a wedding and the family fed us 4 dinners - so we did not do much cooking and we bought disposable cups.

My Navarre Stay in tower 3 Summerwinds West

The best part of the stay was the friendliness of TJ the maintenance person. He was very nice and offered to assist us with obtaining items needed. I was very disappointed in no laundry soap, very thin rolls of toilet paper and no spares as well as NO broom.
