Annidato verso la cima di questo edificio di 18 piani; questa bellissima unità situata al 15 ° piano lato est del Caribbean Resort 6 posti letto e ha un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia. (Servizio spiaggia incluso: 2 sedie, 1 ombrellone, kayak.) Viste panoramiche dal Golfo del Messico mentre ti godi il caffè del mattino. Da questa altezza, osservare i delfini non è un problema. Cucina spaziosa con tutti i comfort di casa. Questa unità ha anche un angolo cottura situato nella stanza principale di blocco principale. Il balcone frontale offre una vista sul suono e una vista limitata sul Golfo. Il balcone principale ha una vista diretta sul Golfo con accesso alla camera da letto principale. Finestre dal pavimento al soffitto al Caribbean Resort consentono viste da quasi ovunque nel condominio. Non perdere questo rilassante rifugio dalla vita di tutti i giorni. What a view!

My family really enjoyed our stay . The views from the balcony were amazing . We saw dolphins, sharks , sea turtles and lots of fish each morning. The condo accommodated our family with everything we needed . I would suggest upgrading washer and dryer and blinds in living room area. We loved all the windows and wonderful views! We would definitely stay here again . The property manager was quick to answer messages.

Spring break

We really enjoyed this property and it’s awesome views. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to roof maintenance but it was chilly that week anyway. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are great size and have ample furniture. It’s great that this condo is off to the side so it was quiet. Three full bathrooms was great for our party of 6.

The VIEWS

We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back! You can’t beat the beautiful views from the 15th floor. We had a few questions upon our arrival and the response time was super quick!! The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we needed for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Beach Property!

Had a wonderful beach stay at this property! Wasn’t our first time at this condo but was our first time under the new owners. I didn’t know what to expect, but was I pleasantly surprised! The new furniture was gorgeous and the two new sofas are sofa sleepers! Before our arrival we asked if there was a crock pot in the unit, there wasn’t, but the owners didn’t hesitate to order one and have it delivered upon our arrival. This unit was so comfortable for our family vacation, which included my husband & our youngest son, my mother and father, as well as my sister and her family. We cooked meals together, we ate together and we played hard together. This condo allowed us to spend time together and still have our separate spaces! We can’t wait to come back!

Even better than the pictures!!

This condo was SO wonderful! We were lucky enough to check in early because the cleaning was completed a little early. The place was in great condition and was even nicer than we expected. There are so many windows in this condo that you could see so much more of the beach from different areas in the house. The kitchen is as stocked with everything we needed for meals. Can’t think of one negative about this place. We are already talking about booking it again next year!!

Lovely vacation

We had a lovely week in the condo. It was beautiful, just as beautiful as the pictures indicate. Check in and check out were a breeze. This condo is in a great location and I love the building because it's not super big--that means you are not constantly waiting for an elevator which is a big plus. Also the pool is shaded for part of the day which is great for little ones since you don't have to worry so much about sunburn. The beds were very comfortable, as was the furniture in the living area. We had everything we needed. We can't wait to return!

Nice condo but definitely overpriced after comparing to others in person during the same week. Had cable issues right off the bat but property manager / owner was quick to get cable company on site next business day. Resort manager decided to turn the heat off on the hot tub. When we reported it to the on site monitor we were told they did it because too many people were getting in the hot tub at one time. Obviously this makes no sense. We intentionally booked a facility with a hot tub due to the unpredictable weather in May but that was a bust. Biggest issue I had was while we were on a day trip we received an email from the owner that said they had to go in the unit to check for the source of a water leak in the unit below. They entered without any notice and that is a big NO NO if your a renter. Overall above average unit with a beautiful view.

Love Navarre, condo not so much

The condo was very dirty upon arrival, there were some holes in the Sheetrock in the kitchen and hall ceilings. The kitchen was not well stocked or organized and we found dirty dishes in the cabinets upon arrival, so we washed everything before we used it. The dining room table was loose and wobbly. The beds were nice, and the views as always are wonderful from the 15th floor. The pool was nice, fairly clean. The hot tubs were hotter than I liked and kept overflowing onto the pool deck. We have stayed at Caribbean as a family for the past several years and will probably continue to come back, maybe just not this Condo.

Overall, we had a great time! Unit was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, but the property manager came to the rescue! Furniture in tv/living area was quite uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time on the beach!

Picture perfect!

This is our 5th year back to Navarre with the family and the first time staying at this condo. The beach was perfect as was the condo. We didn’t spend much time inside as we did outside because we had perfect weather all week! The condo is stylish and made the stay most enjoyable. Communication with Tonya was exceptional and she made sure all of our needs were met.
