Gorgeous renovated condo across from beach access

Just steps to the beach access, This condo is located on the 3rd floor directly on Gulf Blvd. The condo has been updated with new paint, new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, new washer & dryer, new trim, new hvac, , complete bathroom remodel with walk in shower. The 1st bedroom is colorful and has a queen bed, also views of the Gulf from the bedroom window. The 2nd bedroom offers 4 new bunk beds for the kids to enjoy, also with a view of the Gulf from the bedroom.

The spacious family room offers a smart tv for streaming your favorite shows, sleeper sofa and recliner. The fresh Sea Salt paint and beachy decor make this room a great place for family gatherings. Stepping from the the family room into the dining room has an open feel with views of the Santa Rosa sound.

The kitchen has been painted cleaned and updated and offers all the amenities of home. . Also connected to the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer room. You will not be disappointed with this beautifully remodeled condo . Making family vacation memories, or just headed to Navarre Beach for some R&R, you cant go wrong choosing Sea Turtle Bay. Wonderful beach vacation!

This property was perfect! Everything looked new and was extremely clean. So many cute touches in every room give it a great beach vibe. My teens enjoyed the abundance of family friendly DVDs. Beds were comfy. A very short walk to the beach. Close to several restaurants on the island, and a short drive across the bridge to the supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families with older kids

This was our first visit to Navarre Beach and this quaint little condo was the perfect location. A short walk to the beach and places to eat. The apartment is on the third floor so be prepared to climb the stairs. *Not handicap accessible. The outside of the entire property needs a fresh coat of paint but the inside of the property is very nice. There is a gift shop in the front of the building it is on the expensive side however the owner is super friendly. Tonya with Island Times Rental is an absolute gem. She was very attentive and accommodating. Overall we are pleased with our stay.

Nice place

Very nice condo. Very limited on usually supplied products such as spices, tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. We had to buy a lot of stuff that we normally don’t have to purchase when we stay in a condo, including a pot.

Navarre Beach rental

Everything in the condo was nice and as the listing said it was , we enjoyed our stay! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the outside of bldg. and view.The balcony was cluttered and looked out over a dumpster ( did seem some renovations were going on so it can be expected ) Overall it was a nice place to stay if you don’t like the crowded high rise condos !! More like a small apartment bldg. We would definitely stay again very convenient to everything! Owners were very nice and answered any questions we had right away !!
