Overlooking the white sand beaches and azure blue waters of Okaloosa Island, you won’t want to miss out on the chance to stay at Summer Place 203. Our condo rental in Fort Walton Beach, Florida offers a peaceful getaway no matter what brings you to the beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath (space for up to 10) gulf front unit is located on the 2nd floor and is perfect for all beach getaways. This unit has had a major makeover with brand new beds, furniture, flooring, granite countertops and painted throughout for a fresh new look. You will love the newly remodeled master bathroom with an extra large double head walk in shower in master bedroom.

Additionally, it features a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes included, Keruig coffee maker, full-size washer/dryer, 4 smart TV's with cable and wifi. The large balcony with luxury patio furniture is the perfect place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful gulf and endless sunset views!

The condo is really beautiful and updated gloriously! The master bath has the best shower I have ever used and all three bedrooms had really comfortable and quality beds. One of my favorite parts was the patio furniture. The bar height chairs were incredibly comfortable and it was so nice to be able to look over the railing instead of looking through the bars of the railing! Communication with Jennifer, one of the owners, was always friendly and just a text or call away. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning!

Decent Property for the price

This unit is on the second floor, which created some privacy issues from the guests at the pool. The master bedroom sliding door specifically faces the pool, so you must draw the curtains to keep pool guests from viewing inside the bedroom. The unit was not ready by 4pm. The husband and wife that were cleaning the unit allowed me to place our luggage in the master bedroom closet while they finished mopping the floors and cleaning the kitchen. They were friendly, but after a long day of travel I just wanted to enter the unit at 4pm as promised and have it ready to be used. The furniture has been updated & kitchen appliances, however other than the living room rug you find yourself wearing shoes inside due to the Sandy’s feel of the floors in all areas of the condo. Additional rugs throughout would be a nice touch. Also, some light bulbs in 2nd master bedroom & master bathroom were not functional. The owner answered all questions asked in advance of our trip, but was not accommodating in any way outside of standard contract. I feel I could have complained about the unit not being ready by 4pm as promised, but chose not to start the trip with a complaint.

Cozy, Clean, Perfect for a Family Beach Get Away

A Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Growing Family!We just returned from the most wonderful family beach vacation, and I can’t say enough great things about this condo! It was our granddaughters’ first trip to the beach (both under a year old), and this space made the experience so special, comfortable, and memorable for all of us.From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and thought that went into every detail. The decor was coastal perfection—inviting, tasteful, and serene, like a true retreat. It was clear that the host thoughtfully designed the space not just for beauty, but for comfort.What truly stood out was how thoughtfully stocked the condo was. Having a high chair already there for the little ones made our lives so much easier—such a considerate touch that many places overlook! The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept so well!), and everything was immaculately clean—truly spotless, which gave us so much peace of mind, especially with babies crawling around.This condo was more than a place to stay—it felt like home. We’re so grateful to the host for creating such a welcoming and family-friendly space. We made memories we’ll cherish forever, and we’re already talking about coming back!

Picture Perfect Condo

Gorgeous view & comfy beds

This condo is such a perfect spot to stay at. The view is absolutely unbeatable, and we loved that there’s plenty of porch seating for a group. It’s important to me to have a comfy bed to sleep in when on vacation and these check the box. It’s easy access to crab island and Destin and also the great shops and things in fort Walton. We loved our time here and hope to come back soon!

This condo was so cozy and well decorated. We were only able to stay for two nights, but enjoyed every minute that we were there. I had a few questions for the owner and she responded immediately, which was wonderful. Walking from the condo to the beach was a breeze and having two chairs and an umbrella available for us to use was a bonus.

Beautiful Beachfront

The property is perfect for beachfront views. The three full bedrooms worked great for us. Elevator access to the first floor was great for my elderly parents. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Rocky start ended well

The island had recently sustained a water main break and many businesses and local properties were experiencing issues with sand in their water lines. Jennifer was responsive and proactive in resolving problems associated with this event and helped ensure our stay as smooth as possible. She has a beautiful place, and although the water issue caused some inconvenience at the start of our stay, we had a very enjoyable time while here.

The Condo was beautifully decorated, master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, with a balcony view. Other bedrooms were nice , with their own bathroom’s. Very clean and smelled clean. We were supposed to check in at 4:00, but the cleaning service was not finished so we had to wait an hour before we could get in the condo. The owner Jennifer was easy to work with through the whole process

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It has great ocean views, great beach access & service, fantastic pools for the kids to use on double red flag days, and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We did have some water issues during our stay (the whole island it seems due to bridge construction), but the owner addressed them immediately! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!
