Questo bellissimo 2 camere 2 bagni condominio si trova al 4 ° piano di questo complesso. Si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico, con spettacolare vista dal balcone privato. Il Maestro bedroomwhich affaccia sulla spiaggia dispone di un lettore letto king size, TV e DVD. La camera da letto degli ospiti con 2 letti singoli con TV / lettore DVD e il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size e 2 lettini per il vostro comfort. C'è una TV e lettore DVD e WI-FI accesso a internet. La grande cucina a forma di cambusa è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e armadi ben fornito per i cuochi del gruppo. Vi è una grande isola per contro spazio aggiuntivo. C'è una lavanderia separata in condominio con una rondella e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza La struttura Summerlin dispone di una piscina golfo-side (riscaldata in inverno), griglie per barbecue, una passerella per andare direttamente alla spiaggia, e al piano terra coperto parcheggio. It had everything we needed. The beach access was so close it was nice not having to load everything to take to the beach. The balcony had really nice chairs to enjoy the sunsets and morning coffee. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

The condo was a perfect for our stay and the price was great. It is one of the few condos that we have stayed in that actually had sharp knives! Looked like many things had recently been updated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway!

Nice spacious condo. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable - all were memory foam type. Beach was nice and quiet, beach service meant we had chairs and umbrella every day. Just what we were looking for.

We loved the patio raised chairs and could sit out there everyday. Bathtubs could be updated but overall a really nice stay!My only complaint would be that we had to go to an offsite Dropbox (both at check in and check out) to get a key and room info such as the code to the door. It would be nice if that was just emailed/texted to you and you could go straight to the room

Great stay

Great condo for our family of 4 with two teens. The king bed is a memory foam and very comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen. One boogie board and chair if needed. Puzzles for a rainy day. Great stay!!
