    Perdido Sun Condominiums offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool and grilling area. The location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Wonderful condo with great views. Clear water to see the rays and fish swim by. Comfortable furniture and great amenities. We always stay at perdido sun. We will be back soon.

Condo was as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very comfortable sofa, chairs, bedding, etc. Disappointment was in minimal items in kitchen and other places. Only 4 coat hangers, one dish towel, no scrubbing sponge, no salt pepper, no hand soap, no tissues, one trash bag, two dishwasher tablets, one needed for check-out. We went to Walmart to get things.

We loved our stay at the condo! We loved the view of the strip/beach! We saw dolphins all but 2 days from our balcony! Everything we needed, was in the condo!! Front desk ladies are so nice!

The check in and check out went perfectly smooth. The kitchen definitely did not have all of the cooking utensils and bowls that we expected (compared to the other condos we have stayed at) I would give it a seven out of ten on cleanliness. The main bathroom was extremely small. Still had a great view!

Great location and view of the gulf! Cleanliness was good except for the floors needing a better mopping. The place is well used.

Beautiful View!

The view was great. Location was great. It was all clean…. But the furniture was not comfortable at all and there was only Bare minimum in kitchen. No extra blankets…just wish the inside was a little more like home.

Great stay and view

Beachfront great views of ocean! Clean and sufficient kitchen appliances and cookware. Quick response from host. Only negative was the hard bed in bedroom and sofa bed very thin but works for children.

Great views and overall ok. Does need some basic amenities updates though… Blinds were broken and unable to adjust. Only 3 coffee cups, only 1 teaspoon, no coasters, no kitchen scissors, no hand soap, and clock on wall is dead. Bed frame is on wheels and sitting down moves the headboard. Shower curtain falls off easily. TV can barely stream without erroring out back to main menu… Just overall small things that could improve the guest stay.

The location is perfect for a couple or small family. The view was beautiful. The Check-in was easy & smooth. The unit could use updating. Appliances have seen better days. Several blind panels were missing & stored throughout the unit. Overall, we still enjoyed our visit.

Vacation 2025

Property was easy to get to, and had a great convenient way to get to the beach. Pools and hot tub were great. Balcony view was amazing. The blinds were not adjustable and kept too much light in the living room where my daughter slept. Unit, appliances, dishes, etc were dated but the unit was decorated beautifully. The fridge had an ice maker which was also great. Outdoor storage for coolers and beach items were great. It would’ve been nice to have a matching code for all doors as it was a struggle trying to remember and find codes when getting back in into the building or gates. A small washer and dryer would’ve been nice but there was an option to wash laundry downstairs.

View was good. Unit needs updating! Smells terribly musty and damp! Bare minimum on dishes, furniture, etc. Really needs a full renovation!

Wouldn’t stay here again

Room was dirty…sand all over the floors, black mold all in the bathroom, everything was rusted, shower curtains were filthy, unwashed glasses and dishes in the cupboards, multiple mosquitoes and flies buzzing inside, bugs on the floor, sealer around toilet was decomposing and goop on the bathroom counter. I will never stay with Vacasa again

From the thick curtain that didn't allow any light in so you could barely see, the shower head was old and out dated and didn't work greatThe customer service in the lobby was awful! From the lady in the morning, to the young lady security at night. The lady who cleaned the facility was more nice than anyone else! We will not stay in the condo again, but would likely stay in another unit.

The ocean view was great, however, the building/unit was rather old and in need of major renovation. The refrigerator was rusty, toilets not high enough to accommodate seniors and toilet seats in need of replacement.After rain showers, puddles of water accumulated in hallway leading from entrance door to kitchen/ living areas which was extremely dangerous, and an invitation for slips and falls.Inspite of the lovely view of the beach, I would not recommend this condo to anyone else, nor would I occupy it again.Linen on bed and pillow cases were well-worn - lacking crispness. Some of the fees were exorbitant; such as damage waivers, parking, and cleaning fees.

Great Family Getaway!

I took my best friend and two toddlers to Perdido Key for a 4 night stay and it was great! The only thing that was kind of annoying was that there were no extra trash bags, and we had a lot of trash with my kids diapers. There were also a few kitchen utensils I would have thought would be there but weren't. The master bathroom sink doesn't drain very well and would fill up with water fast. None of these things were a huge deal and our stay was great! You could tell everything was cleaned with bleach before we came in. I would stay again!

Nice and clean

It was nicely decorated and clean. There were a few things like the blinds on the back door were broken, but we didn't need to close them so it was fine. Two tips...if you like to sleep in the dark, you'll want to bring something to hang in the bedroom windows. There are security lights right outside the window that make it so bright you'll think it's day time. And don't both checking in early. We got there a half hour before check in time so we went to the front desk to see if our condo was ready. They said yes and checked us in. We downloaded everything from our car on a car and went to our room, but the code wouldn't work until 4:00 at check in so we had to stand in the hallway with all of our stuff for 20 minutes until the code would actually work.
