Highly rated townhouse with free dedicated parking. Spend the weekend with us in this secluded two-story townhome nestled in a private New Orleans-style courtyard. We are just steps from the historic Seville district and downtown Pensacola. Short drive to beach.Both bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms, newly renovated with cast iron tubs, stainless fixtures, and glass shower doors. French doors in the primary bedroom lead to a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee. Luxurious bedroom furnishings include queen beds with new mattresses, linens, and tons of closet space. Windows have black out shades if you want to sleep in, but are top-down/bottom-up cellular shades to allow natural light.

The main floor offers an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar and counter stools. A full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher give you all the comforts of home. An adjoining laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer/and large drying rack for swimsuits and towels.

Dedicated desk/chair in guest room for those who want to work from home. Beach towels, umbrella, beach bag and cooler are provided for your visit to the nearby beaches.

A comfortable living room with new furnishings includes a large screen Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Plenty of seating to watch TV or curl up with a book.

A private, fenced-in patio has built-in seating and a patio table for alfresco dining or cocktails, along with conversation seating. A gas grill with all necessary utensils rounds out the perfect outdoor space.

Onsite parking will allow you to safely park your car, leave it, and explore all our community has to offer.

Search no further- this is absolutely the best place to stay in Historic Pensacola. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely return again. The location is perfect-you can walk to the water, parks, and many great restaurants. The condo townhouse is in a quiet courtyard off a beautiful residential street. The surrounding area is safe and secure for walking.Gretchen is a perfect hostess, answering any questions we had and making you feel very welcome. The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and very well-equipped. Easy to prepare a meal with all the necessary supplies. My husband grilled a steak one night and we had a lovely dinner on the patio. Laundry is easy and located right next to kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is a small desk in one of the bedrooms for those who need a place to set up laptop or conduct some work.

We had a wonderful stay in Pensacola. The pre-arrival instructions were clear and the communication was excellent from start to finish. We have rented many vacation homes, and this one truly stands out. As soon as we walked through the front door I knew the condo was clean and fresh. From the personalized welcome note to the well-stocked kitchen and extra amenities such as snacks and water. The home was decorated beautifully. The welcome binder was so helpful and right on with the reviews of the restaurants and "hot" spots. We were very close to downtown Pensacola and the beach. There was a Seafood Festival also was taking place which we throughly enjoyed. The owner had clearly thought of everything. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend, and we would definitely return. Thank you!

A Home Away from Home!

You dont need to bring anything to stay in the beautiful well equipt lil cottage. We were here (4 adults) for Dance Nationals at the Bay Center, and it was only a 13 min walk to get there. There is also a couple restaurants within walking distance which were very convenient coming in late from competition. We enjoyed Hub Staceys for sandwiches an burgers. It is family freindly with an outside patio area. The hostest is very prompt at responding. We seriously had everything we needed. Everything was clean and beds were super comfy. Outside courtyard was cute and private to sit out in the morning for coffee an enjoy the sound of the birds. There is also a bbq pit to use ( very well equipt and clean as well) we stayed 7 nights, and i didnt want to leave. Very beautiful an super quiet area!! We will definitely be back, if we come back to Pensacola. Not for Dance Competition though, just for relaxing. 10Stars.

Incredible Property!

Where to start? We absolutely love this immaculate, cozy and comfortable townhome. The host, Gretchen, has thought of every detail (big and small) and takes great care to make sure her guests feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the living space is just beautiful. Did I mention it was spotless? It is also in a prime location; convenient to downtown Pensacola and the beach and we are already planning our next trip back.

This property is even better than described! Great location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown, super clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches everywhere. We are not so easily impressed but would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Perfect Retreat!

We came into town for a quick weekend and found this lovely townhome. It was perfect in every way and a rare find. The house was immaculate and, oh so comfortable. It was such an inviting and cozy environment we had a hard time leaving! The host, Gretchen, thought of everything we could possibly need and made the entire process from check-in to check-out incredibly easy. We will be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient stay in Historic Pensacola.

Wonderful stay and great location!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Pensacola for a dance competition at the Bay Center and the location was perfect. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Second Time's a Charm

This was our second trip to PCola after having such a wonderful time. This property was perfect. The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need. The location was perfect. We walked to Veteran's Park and to Lucy's. Pensacola Beach is close. Would love to stay again.

Short Excursion for Graduation

This place far exceeded our expectations. Great location to downtown yet quiet at night in it's location. It was super clean, classically decorated. So many details. You can tell Gretchen has thought thru every detail as if she were staying there herself. When we come back we won't look at any other places....this will definitely be our go to place to stay. Charming Property - Great Location

Property is centrally located in historic Seville district - walking distance to Palafox Street. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, great touches (water, snacks, pretty shampoo/conditioner, and lotion package) provided. Every detail has been thought about. Very nice. I feel bad about this last bit but I think some constructive feedback is also helpful. While we appreciated Gretchen's responsiveness and availability, her frequent texting (every other day) was a bit much. She also texted us the night before we were leaving to say "check out time is no later than 11:00" and included a pic of check out instructions. Again, this seemed a bit overkill as there were VERY CLEAR instructions that were left in a book on the kitchen counter. Owner then showed up exactly at 11:00 oclock the next morning. She said she was there to work on the yard but it felt rather big brotherish. We left the property spotless and were prepared to leave on time. This is not due to being reminded but because we are responsible people. No need for such constant oversight... it was a bit intrusive.

Wonderful Townhouse!

Our stay at this home was outstanding. Location, location, location! Right smack dab in the middle of Seville district, we were in town for a wedding and were able to walk pretty much everywhere (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping) and were a quick 20min drive to the beach. Fantastic communication with the owner, who was very accommodating with a special request. The home has everything you need and is very nicely appointed. 5 stars, highly recommend if visiting Pensacola!

Fabulous Townhouse in Perfect Location

This is a beautiful and meticulously clean townhouse near the historic downtown area of Pensacola. It is beautifully decorated and gets bright sunlight. The LR is comfortable and the kitchen extremely well-equipped. The bedrooms were a nice size; one bed is firmer than the other. The desk in the bedroom was terrific as we did some work while there. The location is safe and perfect in our view. We walked around the beautiful neighborhood every day. You are close to the water on the bay, to the historic Aragon district, and to several great restaurants. It was about a 15 minute walk to Palafox St. too which we did a number of times. Gretchen, the owner, was available to answer our questions and was very gracious as as a host. She has thought of everything and you will be very pleased with your stay.
