There are only 4 large condos per floor so the condos feel very exclusive. This end unit in the East tower has extra windows for extra beach views and light, bright rooms. Everyone will be comfortable with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The family room is well appointed with plenty of seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with plush King sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The guest room has 2 very comfortable Queen sized beds for comfort and convenience and a full sized bathroom to use. as well. The eat in kitchen is modern and fully equipped. If anyone wants to go to the local seafood market to prepare a gourmet meal, they will have everything they need. If no one wants to cook while on vacation, no worries! There are plenty of terrific local spots right in Perdido Key to choose from and Downtown Pensacola, with more restaurants, attractions and shopping is just a short drive to the East. You can also head West to Orange Beach, Alabama where you'll find even more attractions and great restaurants, too.

Perdido Key' s laid back beach community has lots to do, too. PKRM offers free local adventures via the unique Perdido Keys to Fun program on the Xplorie app. Complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course, local waterway cruises searching for dolphins or admiring sunsets is always fun and a guest can even go deep sea fishing. There are tickets to OWA Amusement Park if anyone wants to take a break from the beach one day, but we understand there's nothing quite like fun in the sun, on a white sand beach with a beautiful blue horizon.

Beach Colony is an amenity rich resort with a boardwalk to the beach, 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, soaking spa, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling areas, secure front gate, private codes for elevators and more. This unit is in the east tower which is where a 1500 SF fitness center, large kidney shaped outdoor pool, and the boardwalk to the beach are located. You might even get lucky and see the Blue Angels fly by on a practice day. This unit will book quickly so make your reservations promptly. November 10th - the 16th traffic will enter from the front gate and exit from the East exit of the property.
November 17-December 18th all traffic will enter and exit from the East Property Exit.
