This lovely & welcoming patio-style home is minutes to downtown Pensacola, seafood restaurants, breweries, the Blue Wahoos stadium, NAS, museums & so much more. If you are looking to enjoy everything Pensacola, this is the spot for you and your family. Walking distance to bayou Chico, Marinas, Lakewood park, and the Oar house restaurant. 20 minutes to Pensacola beach, follow the coast to the white sand! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, you'll have room for everyone. Open concept living room features high tray ceiling and overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room overlooks the rear yard and can be used as another guest space. Private backyard, nearly fenced & is the perfect size for cornhole, horseshoes and more!

The property is as advertised. Clean, decently appointed, and more spacious that it might appear at first. The owner responds to any questions quickly. It was just what we needed for our baseball tournament and beach getaway.

2 weeks family vacation

My family and I loved the place! Great location, owners were quick to help with any questions or problems, checked on us throughout our stay, very nice place, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Quick family vacation

We had a wonderful family trip. It was the first time the 3 grandkids had been to the beach. They had a great time and wanted to stay forever! Ally was wonderful to work with. She responded within minutes of my emails. The open living room was perfect for the kids to run around an play in. They also loved the bunk beds. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway with old friends

We had a great time reconnecting with old friends here. Perfect space for 2 families to be comfortable. Close enough to the beaches but not in the middle of the crowds. Beds were comfortable and everything was well kept. We had never been to Pensacola Beach before and we fell in love. We will definitely be coming back and i would absolutely stay in this cottage again

Great place to stay while visiting our Sailor

We had 8 adults total staying at the property to visit our Navy son/grandson/brother. The property was in excellent condition and the space worked great for our group. The neighborhood was nice and was in close proximity to his base as well as restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We had a great time making memories with family.

Accommodations and Location were great!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ally was wonderful and the location was perfect. My son is currently in the Navy and training at Corry Station in Pensacola and it was about a 10-minute drive to him. It's a very centralized location with Gulf Shores being about an hour away and Destin being a little over an hour away (if you want to travel to some different beaches). Pensacola Beach was really nice though and it took us about 25 minutes to get there. There are several good places to eat at Pensacola Beach as well. The house was very accommodating with everything needed to cook and there were extra blankets, pillows, etc. There are also beach towels, a beach chair, and an umbrella you can use if needed. It was a very clean and family-friendly home. It's in a sub-division and we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity,.

Sweet Retreat

House was very nice and spacious. Very comfortable. The mattress pads were the only complaint from us, they make so much noise when you move and made the bed hot and uncomfortable .

It was great

The house is beautiful, and it was a little less than 20 mins from Pensacola Beach. Everything was close, gas, Walmart, Publix, within 5-10 mins. We made lots of good memories and really enjoyed our stay.

So roomie

This was the absolute best place for our family to stay. Lots of room very very clean close to everything and when I needed to contact the host they were friendly and helped to extend our night. Definitely will recommend for future visits.
