This lovely beach front condo features incredible Direct and Coastline views that never end! Sea Dunes is a 5th floor end-unit taking in the Gulf of Mexico at its best! This is a beautifully maintained bright and cheery 3 Bedroom, 2 bath taking in the entire view and additional light that comes with staying in an End unit. Included in your rental is Free Beach Service March 1st - October 31st

The living area features a large TV with a Roku so you can stream your favorite services. Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath with double vanity, are Gulf front with doors opening to an over sized balcony. The second bedroom is a King with a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 3rd Bedroom is a ''bunk room'' with bunk beds and a full size closet. Recently upgraded to include Granite counters, 18'' tile floors throughout, beautifully tiled and upgraded bathroom showers and a double vanity in the Master bath. This condo offers you the convenience of a Full Size laundry room. The kitchen is well stocked, offers a Keurig, and is ready for any meal you want to share. It has all you need! The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and all patio furniture is brand new as well.

Sea Dunes is a Low density 24 unit Gulf front vacation home centrally located on Okaloosa Island, this beach-front mid-rise property offers a one-of-a-kind experience along the Gulf Coast.

Everything was great except for we had a broken washer machine. It was obviously not working before we arrived, was unplugged and had missing part, but we were not informed. They did offer to send our clothes out to be cleaned and picked them up/dropped off, that was very nice, but we pack less when we have a laundry and it is an upcharge to have a unit with washer so overall this was very inconvenient. It would have been nice to be informed prior to the trip so we could have packed accordingly.

Great beach vacation

Great little get away!

My husband and I took a long weekend and stayed at Sea Dunes. We were very well pleased. The kitchen was fully equipped. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great view.very quiet. Only complaint. They need a restroom on the bottom floor. If you needed a restroom ypu had to go all the way back up to your room. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway!

Everything about this condo was amazing … the location couldn’t have been more ideal. So close to the beach access and breathtaking views from balcony. This WILL be our future destination for all our Ft Walton vacays!!!

Found property unlocked as the keypad entry was damged and non functional. Maintenance did arrive within a few hours of arrival to change it out for a traditional door lock. Perhaps housekeeping should've reported the issue to Maintenance. Otherwise an amazing property.

Beautiful view less crowded!

This was the best, my adult sons came and met me for a week. We had an amazing time cooking and enjoying the beach here. The crowds are a bit less but it's a bit further to the pier Still easily walkable. Pool and grounds were also well cared for and staff was helpful. We will definitely return.
