Questo è uno dei complessi più piccoli sulla bellissima isola di Okaloosa, quindi se stai cercando un posto accogliente e tranquillo, questo posto è perfetto per te! Con solo 3 appartamenti su ogni piano, questo complesso non sarà mai sovraffollato, l'area della piscina avrà sempre abbastanza spazio per tutti e la spiaggia si sentirà più privata che mai! La struttura dispone anche di un'area barbecue e la piscina fronte spiaggia è riscaldata in inverno.
    Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto si trova al 2 ° piano e offre ampie vedute della splendida costa di zucchero bianco. Quando esci sul balcone di fronte alla spiaggia, i panorami ti toglieranno il respiro! Nessun ostacolo, nessuna vista laterale: questo è DIRECT BEACH FRONT!
    Il condominio ha una cucina completa di buone dimensioni dotata di tutti i piatti e utensili, c'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità per le vostre esigenze di lavanderia. Le due camere da letto sono lo spazio perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sole in spiaggia oppure puoi semplicemente rilassarti nel soggiorno e vantarti della bellezza della Costa Smeralda.
    Il parcheggio è direttamente di fronte alla proprietà, non vi è alcun costo per il parcheggio.

The location of the condo was fabulous and we loved having only a few units on each floor of the building. The grounds were well maintained and quiet, the beach service was definitely appreciated. The unit itself could have used a few updates in decor and bedding; the master bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress.

Dune Point Ft Walton

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

The place was very clean and well kept except for a wad of hair in the bed which was s bit gross but I realize you cannot get everything perfect. We loved the views and beach was great. I really liked the gated parking area, great having a washer/dryer. Pool was very cold, no way it was heated at the time of our visit. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

Reviewer Comments: We sent 4 nights in another property managed by Brooks and Shorey, but at the last minute, we decided to extend our stay, the unit we spent the 1st part was already booked so they had Dune point available, so, we took it. The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do love Dune Pointe! Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years and I still love it but it needs some serious TLC. When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.
