Beware of booking this property.
I booked our stay at this property in September 2023 my booking was for the week of May 19 2024. Was not informed by the realty company about on premises construction which affected access to the pool—the pool was closed for my entire stay until April 13 2024 which meant if I cancelled the booking I would only be refunded half of my money as I had already paid in full. Another property was offered for the same amount of money but with less bedrooms and bathrooms and would not have accommodated the size of my party. We decided to stay with the booking as we felt we had no choice. We had a late check in did not arrive until 10 pm and found patio furniture stacked in the kitchen and Master bedroom I had to call the Realty company to have it moved out the following day no apologies were offered for the inconvenience. The rest of our vacation was interrupted by loud drilling and hammering noises from the construction crew that started at 9am through 4pm. My family was also treated to the appearance of a construction worker peering over the balcony and looking into the living room as we had morning coffee—there are no drapes or blinds over the floor to ceiling windows leading to the balcony so there is no privacy nor can you block the afternoon sun which makes it very uncomfortable to sit in the living room or kitchen during the day. The condo itself is beautiful I just feel I was not given full disclosure from the realty company to make other arrangements.Not a good stay!
