Questo è uno spazioso 2 camere 2 bagni condominio Fronte del Golfo si trova al piano terra. L'unità ha un grande patio di fronte alla spiaggia. Perfetto per la famiglia di stare insieme. L'unità è di circa 1475 piedi quadrati. C'è un letto king size nella camera da letto principale di fronte alla spiaggia. Ci sono 2 letti queen size nella camera degli ospiti. Vi è un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno. C'è anche una poltrona in salotto. Questa unità dispone di 3 TV, lettore DVD e videoregistratore. Cucina aggiornato completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Pros: parking was easy, beach access was simple from our patio, the beach wasn't crowded, the condo was quiet, very affordable.Cons: the condo was dated and the beds were not comfortable. Thats about it. No major complaints and would probably stay there again.

Great stay on the beach front

Easy access to the beach right out your back door. Very short board walk to the sand. Really enjoyed having our own hose to wash off right outside our back door. Plenty of space and kitchen was well equipped. No issues. Wish we didn’t have to go by the realty office to check in but that’s a very minor inconvenience. Would stay here again.

Beach Vacation with our family

The property was in a good location for us. We liked the bottom unit with just steps to the beach. It was well equipped there with enough bedding and space for our family as well. Great location and had all the home necessities and kitchen had everything needed. We enjoyed quality family time on the beachfront condo

Awesome vacation!

The Surf Dweller is the perfect location for done time at the beach. A few feet out the door and you are standing on the white sand, with the blue green surf breaking. The location is perfect for a family seeking some non beach fun, with plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be back.

Easy beach access with some 80s nostalgia

This place was very spacey for 7 people and it had easy beach access. It had washer and dryer which helps with a bunch of kids. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals at home. They could use some updating with the decor and furniture unless you’re looking for something beachy in the 80s! Who knows that may be your thing!

Great spot on the water

The property was clean and perfect for our needs. Definitely could be updated but for the price I ain't mad at it. Only complaint was with the property itself in that there were several unsupervised children in the pool and very noisy neighbors beside us and banging upstairs but that was just the luck of the draw. Overall the place is quiet and not beach pristine and not too crowded. Will be back.

Great family vacation spot!

This condo is very spacious and in a great location. The pictures are very accurate. I prefer a better view of the beach and water, but the parents of the littles loved the convenience of walking straight off the balcony to the boardwalk. Make sure to bring everything you need. A couple of dishwashing packets, bath soap, and toilet tissue were the only necessities when we arrived.

Great experience

If you are looking for a swanky condo that has been newly updated, this is not the condo. However, if you are looking for a very clean, comfortable condo for the whole family, you should book this one. We are a bit crazy when it comes to bed bugs and before we take anything in a hotel or condo, we do a thorough search. We take off mattress covers and pillow cases, use a flashlight and check baseboards and headboard and generally look like crazy people. We always find random hairs, lint, etc, but not here. Seriously, super clean. It is right on the beach, literally a 2 minute walk, you can see the flag from the patio. The ceiling and maybe walls are concrete so you don't hear your neighbors and they don't hear you. The pool is great and well maintained and there is a kiddie pool too. My daughter's hit the gym every day and while small, it was fine. There is a pull out bed in the second bedroom. It wasn't comfy per my 21 yo so she slept on the couch, which she said was comfy. A 10 year old wouldn't have had a problem with the pull out bed.....they can sleep on anything and be comfy. There is a great view from the back of the condo but the sliding patio doors are super heavy. A little kid definitely couldn't open them, which is probably not a bad thing since it is ground level. Speaking of ground level, while you don't get the great view the higher floors offer, it is so convenient not waiting for the elevator to take up bags, groceries or beach stuff, that we will be looking for 1st floor condos from now on.

Great family condo to stay at

Overall, condo unit needs updating and repairs. But spacious with large patio. Easy access to unit and beach. Smart tvs were amazing and great for kids. Plenty of towels and cabinet space. Public restrooms at condo lacked soap. Wallpaper peeling in bathrooms No recycling Great that beach chairs were included, but bc not reserved under a name you tend get chairs on the very end of the rows. Very nice quiet and uncrowded part of the beach. Especially as we walked around. We are very glad to have found this unit overall

Enjoyed our stay at this location

Enjoyed our stay at this location, The condo was very roomy beds were comfortable and clean kitchen had pots and pans silverware etc. Our patio was maybe less than a minute to walk to the beach , there’s a hose on our patio to hose off your feet and anything you take to the beach . we really enjoyed our stay, beach location was family friendly we had beach service which provided two chairs and an umbrella which was awesome! I would recommend this condo

Excellent Beach View

Overall the unit was perfect for what we needed. The bathrooms could use to be updated a little. There was work being done on the building which took away parking spaces which was critical while we we there. Had to make my own space where there were none a few nights and we only used 1 of our 2 allotted spaces all week. The pool was closed by the city inspector for a day for some reason. I would look at one of these again next time.

Very relaxing place and time

When we arrived and opened the door, it was not what I expected. I was in total shock, the condo was very clean and so spacious. Furniture was very nice and comfortable, nothing was outdated as I had seen in some reviews. Also, for the week of July 4th, the beach wasn’t overcrowded at all. It was always peaceful and about a 1 minute walk and your in the sand. Cooking was nicer as you were able to see the ocean from there. Listing was on point. My family and I will definitely stay there again if we visit the area.

Loved it. Beautiful condo, beautiful location.

The condo was even nicer in person. Being on the ground floor was awesome. We loved being able to just walk out our patio door and go to the beach. We had issues with the wifi when we were there and the management was good about trying to get the issue resolved. Before this trip my husband hated condos and basically refused to stay in them but this was a last minute booking for us. This condo completely changed his mind about condos! The beach was pretty crowded but that was expected. The water was absolutely beautiful.

Perfect for us

The condo looks exactly like it's pictured, but I'd say it's much larger than the photos make it seem. Which was nice. We're a family of 6 with kids between 3 and 12. We were steps from the beach access, which made coming and going so much easier. With the sand dunes, we were allowed privacy while hanging on back patio from the beach goers. I haven't stayed anywhere to offer beach service, so this alone made this condo so fun. I will definitely consider re-booking here. We had a blast. The pool was great, and there is a very shallow pool for toddlers and kids that can't swim, which was such a relief for us with the smaller children to splash around in.

The location was great. Check in process and getting settled in was great. The only complaint I have is the condition of the condo. There were exposed tack strips where the tile met the carpet in the main corridor. So every time you walked from the living room to the Dining area you had to be careful were you stepped. All of us stepped on it at least once. Couches were very very uncomfortable. Beds were okay. So location is great, checking in was easy but the interior is dated and uncomfortable. But I would stay there again just for the location.

Stayed the week of 4th is july

Everything was perfect with the condo. We loved the convenience of being on the ground level and being able to directly walk to the beach with the little ones! The pool was nice and always clean every time we went. the large kitchen was perfect we cooked alot of meals to try and social distance the best we could. The beach Wasn't over crowded till the 4th of July weekend which we expect.
