Bellissima vista sulla spiaggia centrata su 6 piani sull'area della piscina. Questa unità con una camera da letto presenta un bagno e mezzo e una "alcova a castello". Lusso accessibile - proprio sulla spiaggia! Comodi posti letto, molti posti a sedere, zona pranzo fronte mare, cucina completa, due bagni, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ma soprattutto - IL TUO BALCONE FRONTE MARE PRIVATO! Nel momento in cui entri nel condominio, ti accoglierà un'incredibile vista sulla spiaggia di zucchero bianco. La proprietà Gulf Dunes è sicuramente una delle destinazioni preferite dell'isola di Okaloosa. Dotato di 2 piscine fronte spiaggia, campi da tennis, palestra, area barbecue e ascensori, oltre a un enorme fronte spiaggia per non sentirti mai affollato in spiaggia. Vicino a negozi, ristoranti e attività divertenti per tutta la famiglia. Una fantastica vacanza romantica o una memorabile vacanza in famiglia sulla spiaggia, ci sono molte attività per tutti! E per tua comodità, abbiamo il SERVIZIO SPIAGGIA! Ciò consente di risparmiare fino a $ 30 ogni giorno dal dover noleggiare sedie e ombrellone ogni giorno. Great location. Love that the beach is not overcrowded and that our chairs and umbrella are included in the rental. Unit was the perfect size. Weather was PERFECT. Dan and Elle (who put out chairs and umbrellas) were awesome and so friendly. Very hard workers!

For a family who likes to spend a lot of time at the beach, the location of this room was perfect. We liked to go back to the room for lunch and it was so easy to get to. The condo was clean and having the washer dryer combo was great.

The unit had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Everything worked well. The washing machine and ice maker were loud (so don't use when sleeping). I plan to stay here again.

Unit was clean and ready for us and had just about everything we needed. Our only complaint is the mattress, it needs to be replaced as its very uncomfortable (older traditional inner spring mattress); we like a firm mattress, but this was bad, this is the only reason we would not book this unit again. Brooks and Shorey was great to work with, responsive to questions.

There were a lot of amenities and perks that came with the rental to help make it a great vacation! The room was clean and check in/out was easy as well. The overall accommodations were just "ok" though as much of the kitchen and other rooms were very outdated. There did appear to be something that looked like black mold (though I am certainly not stating that as a certainty) around the ceiling, especially in the bathroom and quite a bit of rust on air vents, etc. Other than those minor things we really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes!

Also had one dining chair and one outdoor chair that was in need of repair but nothing that had to be fixed during the stay. Brooks and Shorey Management did offer to take care of it right away during the holiday weekend but it wasn’t urgent. They are always awesome to deal with. The master bedroom mattress probably needs replaced. The unit location was excellent and we had a great time.

The balcony tile floor and furniture need a deep clean as well. The owners need to look at the kitchen cookware and dishes. We were very disappointed as we had to purchase cookware to use while we were there as what few pieces we found aren’t in any condition to use. Just need to stock kitchen with basic cooking equipment. Overall the unit is pleasant and the views are amazing.

One of the best locations on the island. 505 was nice and clean but needs new furniture, cabinets, counter tops and appliances. The dishwasher was not secure to the counter top, we were not comfortable using it and never used. The exterior deadbolt/lock-set could not be operated from inside the room. Needs to be replaced. This was not anything that kept us from enjoying our stay. Brooks and Shorey are always great to do business with.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at a Brooks and Shorey property. We have been pleased with their professionalism. I was dissapointed this stay, because even though the unit was nicely decorated and in a great location, it was not as clean as we expected. Upon entering the unit we encountered a very unpleasant musty odor that remained the entire time of our stay. It was less noticeable when the air conditioner was turned to a cooler temperature but never completely gone. Not sure what the source of the smell was-rug, vents, couch, etc. The latch going out on the balcony would just fall off when locking/unlocking the balcony door. We could put it back on, but it needed to be replaced. The balcony looked like it had not been cleaned since winter with the door facings needing to be wiped down to get rid of black accumulated during the winter. The floor of the balcony had residue left over from winter. The deck just needed a thorough cleaning. Also, one of the deck chairs had a slat missing. I'm sure the owners would like these items attended to by the management company. I personally am not interested in renting Unit 505 again because of the above stated issues, but we would rent again from Brooks and Shorey and are planning to return in September to a different property also maintained by them. In fairness to Brooks and Shorey, we did not complain about the issues we encountered, but it is doubtful they would have been able to address them during our stay since it wpuld have required time.
