Le dita dei piedi saranno nella sabbia e avrai conchiglie in tasca entro pochi minuti dal tuo arrivo a Sunset Terrace!
Sotto la nuova gestione della proprietà, questa residenza cittadina sulla fascia alta del Golfo delizierà il tuo gruppo di 8 persone.
La planimetria open space offre splendide viste sull'acqua verde smeraldo dall'intera grande sala. Salti sui lussuosi mobili del soggiorno mentre guardi la grande TV a schermo piatto oi delfini che giocano appena fuori.
La cucina dello chef offre tutti i comfort, compresi i ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ice maker separato, il tutto circondato da mobili di fascia alta. Cenare al tavolo per 4 e al bar per la colazione che può ospitare un ulteriore 4.
C'è anche una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo collegato e un comodo bagno di servizio su questo piano.

Appena fuori dalla porta posteriore c'è un incrocio di dune private che porta direttamente alla spiaggia.

Il piano superiore ha una master suite king-size con area di lavoro separata. Il bagno interno è dotato di vasca idromassaggio, cabina doccia, doppio lavabo e cabina doccia separata. Il master deck privato offre splendide albe mattutine e splendidi tramonti invernali.
Proprio in fondo al corridoio ci sono 2 camere da letto queen size supplementari con un bagno completo in comune tra di loro.

Un sacco di parcheggio, un garage per 2 auto, grill e doccia esterna completano il pacchetto qui. Ascensore disponibile con deposito aggiuntivo.

Amazing property

We booked this place for our family which included ot daughters, sons in love, and our 6 month old grandson. This was his first visit to the beach and it did not disappoint. Everyone had their own beds and own rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed to provide meals while we were there. The view was spectacular and we loved the private beach access. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sunset Terrace is a treasure!

From the location, cleanliness, beautiful style to spectacular location on the beach, this place was everything we needed. Loved being on the quiet end on Navarre Beach with private walkway over the dunes. The place was so clean and well cared for and when we needed some assistance, the Blue Moon folks were there in minutes, on a Sunday, with a smile. The bedrooms all have lovely furnishings. The ice maker fridge and outdoor shower were luxuries we did not know we needed. Our neighbors were so friendly too. We are coming back for sure!

Great Trip

Quality of building, furnishings, accessories, and appliances were high. The decks, bedrooms and comfortable living room were high points. Location on the beach is excellent. Made for a perfect family holiday trip. The only thing is a warning to veteran VRBO users is the basic start up items that you are used to are not there. trash bags, coffee filters, salt, pepper etc. will have to be purchased immediately. Just an inconvenience not a big deal but a surpise.

Great Location

We rented with a family group, including 2 infants. We declined use of the elevator but after lugging heavy children up those stairs, I would reconsider that. We brought our own baby gates but the stair railing design makes it hard to secure them. As an adult vacation spot this was excellent. Great location, lovely beach, boardwalk right to the sand. We contacted the host for a missing vacuum and a new one was dropped off right away. For the number of guests we had including the infants a couple extra towels and wash cloths included in each bathroom would be better. Also, we couldn't find a dish drainer in the kitchen. I assume everyone else just puts everything in the dishwasher, but I had baby bottles I like to handwash. Garage is deep and used for guest parking.

Amazing trip!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more! This property was even better than it looked on Vrbo. It was very clean, extremely spacious and had every needed amenity. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys in the large first floor garage. The views from the balconies were gorgeous and the beach was never crowded. We hope to be back one day!

Wonderful Rental

Sunset Terrace is a beautiful townhouse. The location is great to the beach, private boardwalk over the dunes to the gorgeous beach. We were needing a getaway after the unexpected loss of our son. We were able to find some solace at this wonderful home. The management staff were amazing and so accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

-Great customer service and responsiveness before, during, and after our trip! -Sunset Terrace is a beautiful and spacious townhome! -Weather was nearly perfect. -We were able to see turtle hatchlings crawl to the ocean with the help of the turtle rescue team just 200 yards from our walkover!

Beautiful home, PERFECT for families.

Sunset Terrace is a beautiful townhome and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Our family especially loved the beach which was more private than we have experienced on most of our trips to Florida. We had plenty of room to play on the beach without disturbing neighbors. The property manager, Blue Moon Vacation Rentals, was great to work with. We spoke often in the months leading up to our trip due to COVID-19. They readily answered our questions and eased our concerns. We will definitely book with them in the future and hope to stay at Sunset Terrace again.

The pictures don’t capture this!

We are wrapping up a week’s stay here, and I hate leaving! This property is amazing! It’s lovely, spacious, well-equipped, ideally located... just❤️ In fact, the only problem we had all week was figuring out the secret to raising the master bedroom blinds, and even then when we asked for help, Al came out immediately. We had a wonderful white (Beach) Christmas here.

Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Perfect set up with the bedrooms for our group. Loved the closeness to the beach from the balcony and the easy boardwalk to the beach. Having the 2 car garage was very nice along with the additional chairs and beach accessories. I think we found our place to revisit ever year from now on

Navarre wedding weekend

Seven friends stayed at Sunset Terrace to attend a beach wedding of one of our closest friends for over 40 years. The condo was beautiful and it fit our group perfectly! Love the view and the easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at Sunset Terrace again.

Couldn't ask for more!

This house was perfect for us. From the decor to the amenities, everything was first class. My family has stayed in many beach houses over the last 30 years, and I would rate this house as one of the top 3. The management (Blue Moon) was very easy to work with as well. We had a slight problem with the Air Condition and they repaired it within an hour of our call. (that doesn't happen often) We would definitely recommend Sunset Terrace and Blue Moon Rentals
