Amerai il comfort di questo paradiso privato con viste spettacolari su Perdido Key, Big Bay e Barrier Islands.
L'elegante condominio con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni dispone di oltre 2.000 piedi quadrati di spazio ben arredato con viste mozzafiato da 7 piani con vista sulla piscina, sulla sauna e sulla spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca, offrendo al contempo una vista a volo d'uccello di tramonti mozzafiato e persino vicino incontri con i Blue Angels, mentre i piloti di precisione della vicina stazione aerea navale di Pensacola si esercitano spesso nello spazio aereo fuori dal balcone mentre i delfini si scatenano nella baia sottostante.
Il condominio era una volta l'unità personale dei costruttori e mostra, con pavimenti in travertino, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici di fascia alta, nuovi tappeti e splendide viste dappertutto. 2 master suite dispongono di letti king size, doppio lavabo, cabina doccia e armadi. Rilassati nella jacuzzi privata del maestro principale. La terza camera dispone di letto matrimoniale e bagno. I bambini adoreranno le cuccette nella 4a camera da letto. Un sacco di spazio al tavolo da pranzo e bar posti a sedere nella cucina aperta. Wifi gratuito e TV via cavo in dotazione.
Resta al passo con il tuo allenamento in palestra con una varietà di attrezzature e pesi liberi, fai una passeggiata sulla spiaggia o pesca al largo del molo.
C'è così tanto da fare nella zona circostante. Esplora la bellezza della vicina Gulf Islands National Seashore o il Museo Nazionale della Naval Aviation gratuito, oppure fai un breve viaggio in auto a Orange Beach o Pensacola Beach. A Family Trip

We love staying at Harbour Point. The condo is located in a low traffic area off the main road and has beautiful views of Perdido Beach in the distance as well as Johnson Beach across the lagoon. The condo has everything you need to feel at home. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple of miles. A perfect place for a perfect getaway.

Our Winter Vacation

This place has beautiful views. Could of been cleaned better, sand on the couch and the floor was filthy. No mop and bad broom. The dryer couldnt handle much. A little far from the activities.

Peaceful Fall Break

My family & I were very impressed with how spacious & comfortable the condo was! It was even better in person than it looks in the picture. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for our week there. I love the convenience of the washer & dryer being right inside the unit too so we could have clean laundry every day. There are plenty of beach towels provided (but we brought our own so we didn’t use any from the condo), as well as some beach chairs & beach toys. The view from the condo is gorgeous & the surrounding area is very peaceful. It’s only 8-min drive to Target/ALDI/Walmart so grocery shopping was very convenient. We all had a great time & can’t wait to come back again next time!

Fall Getaway

There is nothing like a fall sunset at the beach. We had a wonderful time as always. This condo is truly our home away from home and we look forward to staying there two to three times a year. It is clean, roomy, private, and well-equipped. We love the friends we have made at Harbour Point and can't wait to go back!

Annual Family Vacation

A true home away from home. We love the condo and love working with the owner. There is so much room to spread out with family, yet have privacy at the same time. It was so hot this year, but the pool is perfect for cooling off. The amenities of the condo are placed with thoughtfulness and the location of the building itself is serene. I guess that is why we continue to rent the same condo... multiple times a year! We truly do feel at home.

Perfect getaway

We have stayed at this complex 5 times and have had this unit several times. Fantastic property with ample space for multi family vacation. Close enough to the hustle of orange beach and Pensacola but quiet enough to feel like you are away from it all. We loved fishing off the pier, watching dolphins from the balcony, and spending some time at Johnson’s beach.

Making Memories

As my mother has always loved the beach, I find a time each year to take her back for a week. Watching her at complete peace warms my heart and I will remember these times forever. Staying in this condo brought comfort, convenience, and calm to our busy lives. We love to unplug here so much, we rent a couple of times a year. The owner has created a space of escape in a clean, well-supplied, and homey atmosphere. It is a true home away from home.

Great Views of Big Lagoon, quiet location

Had a great month stay here. Everything we needed was provided. Seen the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony on Tue/Wed each week. Really liked the 2 master suites. Quiet building and very friendly neighbors.

Absolutely wonderful place and location.

The condo was large and clean. The other tenants of the condo were super friendly. Very well stocked kitchen and overall one of the better VRBO’s we have stayed at. Carter is super quick to respond to questions and being a Marine with my son in the Navy it was perfect place for us to get together and celebrate Thanksgiving…. With an absolute gorgeous view of the Gulf and Big Lagoon. Restaurants and shopping are super close and if the condo didn’t have it then just a couple min drive to the local Walmart, Target, Winn Dixie or Publix. The fishing right by the dock produced some monster Reds, sheepshead, Puppy Drums and tons of other fish. Grays Bait and Tackle along with Lost Key Tackle are just mins away. Overall a great place for a great price…. Definitely coming back! We had the best time with family and enjoyed time with our Sailor. Bonus…. The Naval Air Museum is just inside the back gate to the base and it’s open and free to the public.

The Oswalt Family Vacation

Upon entering, the unit has an overwhelming tone of home, cleanliness, and comfort. There was plenty of room! Even though the master bed closest to the sound (two master suites) was quite firm, the topper helped ease the firmness. Actually, how you sleep can either make or break a vacation. So, this was quite important for us. In the long run, it would be nice for it not to be so firm. But, the unit's comfort and location were so great that we actually reserved it again for next year while there on the fourth day of our week vacation. In saying that, it is obvious that the bed was well-suited for the short-term visit. We had a lot of rain, but there was plenty of plush seating in the living room area where we could all get comfy and spend time together. The extra bunk room allowed us to drop hints to our kids about how nice it would be to 'fill it' with grandchildren. We were able to cook meals and spend evenings on the beach. It was so laid back and felt removed from the crowds... a truly peaceful retreat. It is perfect for any age, for access to the room was smooth. I can't explain how wonderful and ideal the unit was in so many ways. Thank you, Carter Nice, for your professional and courteous communication. We look forward to next year's laughter, games, fishing, swimming, bike-riding, eating, book-reading, boat rides, Blue Angels, sandy toes, beach towels, lapping waves, & starry skies already! (A huge perk is seeing the dolphins so close every day!)
