Floors were sticky, not just the bathroom floors but the carpets in the room were also sticky. I found food in the bed sheets.. very old food. There were brown stains on the walls. Was awoken by someone aggressively jingling the door, had to tell them to leave. While carrying my bags out to leave prior to check out time around 10 am (1 hour before check out) a staff member asked me if I was checking out now and what my room number is I told them no I am not checking out yet but almost.. where the hotel staff member then angrily yelled to another staff member “how in the world do they expect me to clean all of these rooms if people won’t check out?!?!” Very rude, I did not feel welcome. Just horrible for the amount of money I spent, I paid almost half for the room I’m currently in and it’s a million times better. Don’t waste your money on this hell hole of an establishment. I will not be coming back when I travel here ever again.

I reserved a double Queen with pull out for myself, my husband, and my 4 children but when we arrived after driving 8 hours and booking we were told there was only a king with pull out available. My children had to spread out on pull out, floor and cushions and share king with us. Staff did not try to accommodate us in any way.

Room so dirty had to change rooms, new room still had issues but not enough to change again. Mirrors dirty, Hassack had suntan lotion(hopefully) on it. Only one coffee cup, which had lipstick on it. Coffee services were all decaf and only one cup. Staff was was very nice and accommodating, worked to make it right.

The staff was great. The TV in my room did not work. The gym is right next to the pool, so everything smelled musty and the equipment was rusty. This is the most convenient location if you are flying out early in the morning. Check in gates are a 5 minute walk. I stay there again for the convenience factor.

Our room was not properly cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk upon check in to ask for toilet paper since there was only about 5 squares left on the roll and no extra rolls. Elevators were extremely dirty. We have stayed there in the past and it was great. Possibly just an off day for help.

We were astonished at the condition of the hotel after leaving the lobby. The hallway carpeting was filthy and did not appear to have been vacuumed in some time. The walls were tattered and the paint on many of the doors chipped. Both the carpeting and furniture in our room were badly stained and the couch appeared to be broken from the noise it made when sat upon. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty (this discovered while standing in the shower) and there were no cups (coffee or otherwise) to be found. What was in abundance, in the room and throughout the property, were QR codes to provide tips to the maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Beds were uncomfortable, the person in the morning couldn’t make Starbucks coffee, The food available to eat at night was horrible. Body wash in our room. Fire pit doesn’t work. Indoor pool is cold. Limited feminine products for emergencies. Baseboard in our room was falling off the wall had been attempted to staple it back up, but looked very trashy. I wouldn’t stay here again it was supposed to be a four star hotel. Two stars is overstatement.

Disappointed
First night the door key would not work so we had to go back down and get another one made. We specifically asked for housekeeping each day and we didn’t get it the first day. We had to ask again and we got it the next day. The room did not have anything to drink from except one coffee cup. The room was dark. Not enough lighting. Wallpaper coming off everywhere, bathroom door seal falling off, rooms need to be updated. Tile shower was not clean. Customer service checking out was poor.
