  • QUESTA UNITÀ HA UN REQUISITO DA SABATO A SABATO DURANTE LA STAGIONE DI PICCO! La camera da letto principale di questa bellissima unità offre una vista meravigliosa sulla costa in qualsiasi momento dell'anno!


    Questo è un condominio spazioso, completamente attrezzato, 3BR / 3BA - un grande spazio per una famiglia numerosa. Assolutamente tutto è stato rinnovato - cucina aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, controsoffitti e pavimenti in piastrelle; tutti i nuovi mobili nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto; tutte le pareti sono state ridipinte; TV a schermo piatto; e molto di più.


    Nella camera da letto principale, la porta del balcone in vetro e la grande finestra creano un'ampia area di osservazione mentre giace nel letto matrimoniale. E sentiti libero di usare l'unità lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'armadio della hall quando devi lavare un sacco di pantaloncini e magliette.

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Lots of extras provided like skim boards, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely return.

Little slice of paradise!

We have been staying at the island princess for 3 years now it’s forever our home away from home and the best place we have ever stayed! We stayed in room 309 very spacious and clean every year. Beautiful view and my kids always enjoy the pool especially after a day at the beach!

We will definitely be back!

The location was absolutely perfect! A short distance from Destin and lots of great restaurants just a few blocks away. The view was incredible and ease of access to the beach was a dream. The amenities the unit had to offer made our trip even easier traveling with an 8 month old. Loved that every room has its own bathroom as well! We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

We had a great time staying here! Great space for all of us. Three bathrooms were perfect. Comfy and felt at home:) Beach service with the umbrellas and chairs was awesome. We rented paddle boards several times from the chair service guys and it was so convenient to have available right there. Would be nice if pool rules were enforced (there was loud music, lots of smoking, etc) but I’m sure those things vary as different guests stay. Overall, great place to stay! This was our third summer on Okaloosa Island and we just love it so much!

The condo was super clean so don’t feel like it was from anything other then the construction. Brooks and Shorey sent us to another building. We always use B&S and will continue to, just won’t book when construction is going on again.

The kitchen could be a little better stocked with sharper knives and a couple blankets in the closets would be awesome! My only complaint is that the pool was freezing. It advertises the pool being heated, yet when the lows were in the 50’s, they didn’t have the heater on. I know that is not the condo owners fault! Overall we loved this unit and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down from Texas. We stayed 7 days in 309 island Princess. It was so wonderful. Beach front! Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. We had so much fun. I would highley recommend this place. Beds were so comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more kitchen items. We cooked every night and I know some go out to eat. I don’t like getting ready after a long day on the beach. We wanted to maximize our time on the beach. So I would suggest a spaghetti pot, more frying pans, a casserole dish and new knives. Other than that it had everything else you needed. We even left some left over Tupperware for the condo. We had a lot and ate the next day with left overs for lunch. Saved so much money. The condo had a vacuum and broom to help keep sand at bay. Everything was clean and towels were supplied. I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did. We will be back.

I don’t think we will ever stay off the beach again. The condo was plenty spacious for our family. Having the beach chair service included in our stay was fantastic and so worth it! The beach service guys catch a lot of flack from customers and don’t get enough credit for their hard work keeping families happy and accommodated. My only complaint was that I did find some unswept trash under the furniture but visible, the master bedroom mirror was covered with dust and the ceiling fans are very dusty and dirty. One day the water was shut off for a couple hours for repairs by the HOA and then the next day pest control came by to do routine bug spraying. We were called ahead of time about the water but not notified about the bug spray. I later found that i was emailed regarding the bug spraying but who is reading emails on vacation? It wasn’t a huge inconvenience so I’m not complaining. Outside of that, our stay was amazing and we were very pleased!! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Property was great and with 3 BRs and 3 Bathrooms, it was very comfortable. Mgmt was responsive when I reported that the hot tub wasn't working. I will definitely be back soon.

Not like panama city

This place is alot more family oriented with less traffic than Panama city. Beaches were pretty good when we got down there the only downside was algae in the water but they can't control that other than that nice place to stay
