TV a schermo piatto di GRANDI DIMENSIONI in ogni camera, ottimo arredamento in tutto. Posti a sedere in salotto aggiuntivi perfetti per sedersi, rilassarsi e godersi la vista sul bellissimo Golfo del Messico !!!
    Se stai cercando un condominio che ti permetta di tenere d'occhio quei 4008 PUO 'ESSERE PERFETTO PER TE! Il balcone frontale del Golfo al quarto piano si trova in una posizione perfetta per poter vedere le attività dentro e fuori la piscina e il lungomare. Vivace muro di accento blu nella sala da pranzo fronte spiaggia aggiunge una certa allegria a questo condominio che devi solo provare per te stesso. Un foyer d'ingresso vi dà il benvenuto a 4008. Saluta la tua casa lontano da casa! Ogni camera ha accesso privato al proprio bagno, quindi il layout è perfetto per un ritiro di coppia doppia. The Islander è direttamente sulla spiaggia di Okaloosa Island, non c'è NIENTE tra la proprietà condominiale e le splendide acque colorate della Costa Smeralda.

The Condo looked just like the pictures online and check in and check out was easy. The view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The only real issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and shut and a bolt was rusted and broke off on one of the balcony chairs. Other than that everything was perfect.

A large balcony overlooking the pool. There were a couple of small issues that I reported and they were taken care of that day. Great response time. Not worth it

The condo was dirty. All trash cans had urine in the bottom of them, there was no broom to sweep up the sand, the vacuum didn’t work. The pool was not kept clean. You had to drive anywhere you wanted to go. Was promised an umbrella and chairs, but everyone was reserving them and when I asked about that was told , for a healthy tip they would reserve one for me. I do not recommend staying there.

Bed bugs

Not acceptable after a 8 hour drive and unpacking including groceries, at 11 pm going to bed we discovered bed bugs it was horrible. We called the host management and we had to move to another unit in the middle of the night (pack again) we were only able to stay that night because that unit was reserved the next day. The next day we had to pack our car again and moved to a totally different complex and unpack again. The complex was not acceptable as it was totally different from what we originally reserved and wanted, but we different have a choice. The only thing the host manager would do is allow us one free night because of the situation. We appreciate that but 2 days of moving and a place we didn’t like is unacceptable. Be aware and I would not recommend renting from this management company. I hopefully it was exterminated before anyone else rented that room after us.

We rented 4 condos and all were excellent, clean, nice kitchens, etc. No complaints except for the seaweed but no one can control that. Will be going back for 3rd year in a row.

Nice Stay

Property management was great and very easy to communicate and work with. Clean condo. Excellent spot on the be as ch that wasn't as busy as other areas on the island. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is that I specifically booked a master bedroom with access to the balcony which I did not get. When asked to be moved you wanted another $600+. I was GREATLY disappointed and obviously didn't move. Also, basics, such as coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, should be provided.

The room was very clean and we were able to get in our room early thanks to the fantastic management! The kitchen had the most dishes and large pots and pans than any place we have ever stayed! The appliances were top knotch! Only missed a meat turner for grill and only had 4 steak knives. The kitchen table had seen better days and the wicker chairs in the family room were not comfortable. We always had hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable. We played putt putt at Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and loved the take out at Stewby's Seafood Shanty!!

Enjoyable Stay

Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The A/C is cold, the WiFi is strong, and the kitchen is well furnished. My only suggestion is to buy a new couch. The current one has been well used and is quite uncomfortable to sit on at this point.

Nice place with Great views

This condo was located in a nice place toward the end of the island but close enough to Fort Walton Beach and Destin.Floors could have been cleaner,blinds at sliding glass door needed repaired and washer needs work done to it but otherwise a nice place.Beautiful pool and beach area.A very relaxing trip.
