Mins to Downtown! Carriage House - Pensacola Pearl

Summary:
This beautifully renovated upstairs garage apartment sleeps 6 and shares a property with a main house and studio apartment, rented separately. Just 2 miles from downtown Pensacola, 3 miles from Blue Wahoos Stadium, 6 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station, and 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, it's perfect for couples, families, or professionals. Pet friendly with a fee. We'd love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will use the exterior staircase to get to the front door. The home will be accessed using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be welcomed into the living space with dining nook. This space is furnished with a full-sized sleeper sofa, large SmartTV, and dining set.
Off to your left, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen. The space has an efficient layout making it quick and easy to throw together your favorite meal! All essential cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided!
Down the hall, just on the other side of the kitchen and living room, you will find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The backyard has a full set up and is the perfect spot to hang out in the evenings! A charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic tables are available for all of my guests to use!
For your convenience, you will have private use of the laundry area located just below the stairs.

****Please note, we rent out the main house and carriage house on this property. The outside area is shared between the three units.****

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a residential area. It is only 2 miles to downtown Pensacola, 5 miles to the Pensacola International Airport, and 6 miles to Pensacola Naval Air Station. Easy access to Interstate 110.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

We could not stay there

The location was not what was advertised. Very sketchy neighborhood, no lights, the address was incorrect. The minute we opened the door, we welcomed with a very unpleasant smell of urine and mold. Tried to call the property owner, no answer, tried to cancel, option was disabled. Tried to ask her to cancel for a full refund, I kept getting an automated answers. Stay away from this place if you care about your safety and your health!
