*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. Boat Parking Registration must be made prior to arriving so the HOA can process the registration forms. Decals: $30/day for boat/trailer parking, $200/week, or $500 for monthly boat/trailer parking. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
