- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
- Accessibility note: This townhome has two sets of stairs.
- The Lost Key HOA sets a golf cart maximum capacity of 2 persons (even in 4 seater golf carts), and shall be required to have seating areas for both driver and passenger. Guests are prohibited from driving golf carts across Perdido Key Dr. to the Lost Key Beach Club. Breaking this rule can result in tickets and fines for renters and owners.
- All guests must follow the HOA rules set in place by Lost Key. If any guest violates those rules, Lost Key will require us to enforce an immediate checkout that is nonrefundable.
- You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this rental. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
- Owners are not responsible for the Lost Key community amenities (i.e. pool, Beach Club, etc).
