The condo also has new bedding and a new dishwasher. Whimsical art covers the walls for a fun detail. There are Smart TVs for streaming and gaming, as well as high-speed internet for connectivity. Beach Music is newly added to the rental program and is only available in the spring and summer. This welcoming condo is the perfect spot for a much-needed couple’s getaway, a memorable family vacation, or a fun-filled Stay N Play golf week. Situated on the 9th floor, this condo is a fresh and inviting end unit with plenty of natural light coming through the extra windows. Relax on the private gulf front balcony and enjoy the symphony of beach music playing on the white quartz sand just below. The guest room balcony offers a wonderful vista overlooking Ono Island, Ole River, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Want to bring a boat? Boaters absolutely love this paradise of local waterways! Perdido Towers uniquely accommodates boat owners with a private boat launch, boat slips, boat trailer parking, a dock with a gazebo, and a wash-up station. All these provisions are exclusively for Perdido Towers owners and guests. All boat accommodations are located on Ole River, right across the street from the condos. (Very Important: Boaters who wish to bring their boat to Perdido Towers must reserve accommodations for their boat in advance. Reservations for boat trailer parking and dock parking are first-come first-served and an additional deposit is required in advance of your arrival. No boat parking or launching is allowed without advance approval by onsite management. This is for each guest's best interest and to avoid disappointment and inconvenience.) Other quality amenities include the beachfront pool, gas grills, 2 elevators per tower, a sundeck, a fitness room, tennis courts, and an impressive 400 feet of beachfront accessed by the private boardwalk.
