The Space:

Step onto a quiet, oak‑shaded street and feel the gentle Gulf breeze as you settle into a spacious yard perfect for morning coffee or evening barbecues. The scent of fresh grass mingles with the distant hum of downtown Pensacola, inviting you to unwind and explore. Here, six distinct units blend privacy with the joy of shared outdoor space, creating a retreat that feels both intimate and expansive.



Sleeping arrangements

- Duplex One – Unit A: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 8. Bedroom 1 – Queen bed; Bedroom 2 – Queen bed; additional Queen bed with a single bunk above and a single trundle below.

- Duplex One – Unit B: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 5. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with a single trundle underneath; Bedroom 4 – Queen bed.

- Duplex Two – Unit C: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 3. Bedroom 5 – Queen bed with a single trundle underneath.

- Duplex Two – Unit D: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 5. Bedroom 6 – Queen bed with a single trundle underneath; Living room – sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed.

- Single‑Family House – Unit E: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 14. Bedroom 7 – King Bed; Bedroom 8 – 2 bunk beds (4 single beds); Bedroom 9 – 2 bunk beds (4 queen beds).

- Single‑Family House – Unit F: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6. Bedroom 10 – Queen bed; Bedroom 11 – Queen bed; Living room – sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed.

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.



Our community has a unique and diverse culture that inspire numerous local events and unique attractions.

There is a small private school next door. You may hear children playing during school hours.
