Ristrutturato con due camere da letto un bagno e mezzo. 2 letti queen size e divano letto queen-size. 6 posti letto. Situato sulla bellissima isola di Okaloosa. Cosy 750 sqft con arredamento da spiaggia. Completamente arredato con le cose da fare per una piacevole vacanza al mare. Unità al secondo piano con Open Stairs per raggiungere l'unità. Parcheggio di fronte con spazi numerati. Nuovo balcone con due lievi viste sull'oceano. Tre minuti a piedi dall'altra parte della strada per accedere alla spiaggia pubblica 1. A pochi passi da ristoranti, club, Gulfarium, molo di pesca della città e negozi. Solo pochi minuti in auto da Destin e dalla famosa isola dei granchi. Una TV da 47 ". Giochi da tavolo, carrello da spiaggia, ombrellone e due sedie a sdraio.

The condo was so much more beautiful than the pictures showed. The beach was a 10 minute walk at max as well as really good food within a very short walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you might need. The host was amazing! Very responsive and just overall a great experience. I would rebook this same condo again.

This was a perfect fit for me and my 2 daughters. Everything was clean and as described. Great beach access. If you plan on using the sofa bed, be prepared to bring your own blanket as there are none available for it, only sheets. Wouldn’t have been a problem if I had only known ahead of time, we didn’t realize until about 10 pm when we were going to bed. That was my only complaint. Ended up buying a cheap blanket to use on our second night so we could all sleep comfortably. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We camd down for my son's baseball games from Ky, and this was perfect location a block from the boys, extremely clean, and well stocked. Perfect experience!

I had to make a quick trip to come down to work for a couple days. I needed a place that wasn't insanely expensive and this place had exactly what I needed. It was perfect inside and had tons of amenities. I really appreciate it

The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was also very comfortable and I really appreciated that. The restaurant’s were within walking distances and the staff were super nice! We had a great experience over all!!

Great property with good location and very reasonably priced. Very clean place and one of the few we found with two queen beds and two bathrooms for the price. Walking to the beach is easy and Destin was a quick drive from the rental. We did not have any issue or a need to contact the owner. Check in was easy and checking out was simple also. Would definitely recommend this place.

Even though we never met our host Joyce, she was very responsive and always replied. This is our second year staying at this condo for a week. I cannot think of one thing that was not great about this condo. The decor is really nice, short walking distant to the beach, near entertainment areas, short drive to the pier and nearby restaurants. I find the price is reasonable. We will be planning future visits to Joyce’s condo.

Stayed a week in late May, public beach is a short walk across the street. The balcony was lovely and we were even able to watch the boardwalk fireworks show. Had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The beds and pillows are comfortable not super firm. Lots of towels available. My 6yr old cried when it was time to check out and he's still asking when can we go back. Thankful we were able to stay at such a wonderful accommodation.

We had an AMAZING time here. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient!! There are several place to walk to eat from the condo. The ice cream shop with the mini golf has THE BEST strawberry ice cream!!!!! We will definitely be back here booking with Joyce!!!
