  • Splendido golfo anteriore 1BD / 2BA con nuove TV a schermo piatto, WiFi e altro! Questo condominio è dotato di grandi televisori: un LCD da 42 "nel soggiorno, un LCD da 37" nella camera da letto e due televisori a LED da 19 "nella zona della cuccetta (uno per la cuccetta superiore e uno per la cuccetta inferiore). TUTTI POSSONO GODERSI DEL LORO SPETTACOLO PREFERITO IN QUESTA UNITÀ!
    Assicurati di ammirare le splendide viste sull'Isola di Okaloosa mentre ti godi un drink nel patio .. non c'è bisogno di sbirciare tra la ringhiera in quanto questa unità dispone di mobili da giardino alti!
    Letto king size nella camera padronale con tema tropicale fino in fondo ti verr�� ricordato che stai dormendo in PARADISE .. Il bagno principale ha lo stesso tema e un TUB + SHOWER COMBO che è semplicemente perfetto per un lungo bagno di bolle o una doccia veloce prima di tornare in spiaggia!
    I letti a castello nell'atrio con TV per ogni letto offrono il posto perfetto anche per i più piccoli
    La zona giorno dispone di un divano letto e 2 sedie per ogni seduta aggiuntiva necessaria. La tv a schermo piatto lo rende perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o semplicemente sedersi e godersi la vista dal divano!

Second time here

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here 5 years ago. Enjoyed it so much, decided to come back for our 35th. We were not disappointed. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with a view from the balcony that was awe inspiring. The Brooks and Shorey staff were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely want to come back.

When we arrived there was only a shower curtain liner in the Master bath. We love the location and plan to stay again next year for 2-3 months and wish these issues were addressed.

The golf package was ideal for my husband and son! Also enjoyed the dolphin cruise and Gulfarium which we booked thru their service. A few minor maintenance issues (lights and air fresheners needed replaced)in the condo. Will be happy when the Fort Walton Beach bridge is replaced to help traffic but the condo stay was wonderful.

Says to bring filters, but the ones I bought didn’t fit right. The machine also leaked from the bottom. I should of brought my own machine because I need my coffee. The location was pretty good. No restaurants close enough to walk to, but everything was a close enough drive away! I would definitely stay there again.

The master bedroom needs a dresser or place to put your suitcase. the bathrooms don't have much counter space. The view was great! Appliances were nice and new. Bonus of having chairs and an umbrella was nice. Wish they had a second place to rinse off sandy feet upon exiting the beach though. Never got in the pool or hot tub so have no clue how good those were. Decent amount of parking and centrally located to everything.

The rooms are always clean and the property is great as well. The ones that work for the complex are always nice and helpful with anything ya may need or would like to know. This year was the first time we ever had trouble in a unit , on the last day the door key pad unit stopped working completely- we have one at home so we know these things happen call the brooks and Shoery property and the lady was really nice and helpful and sent someone out to check on it. Which was fine because our check was at ten. Thanks ps the kids loved the art work with the towels that was in the room when we arrived the monkey off the bunk beds was there favorite !!!

The condo on the other hand, was very dirty. The entry door was covered in dirt. You could see the crevices covered in it. There was dust everywhere, and crumbs in the kitchen cabinets. Fridge wasn’t cleaned at all, and there was hair in the fridge. The balcony furniture was dirty as well. We were scared to turn on the fan because there was a lot of dust on it and we didn’t want to spread it. The bathrooms were clean on the other hand. Please deep clean this condo, because it is a beautiful place, with lots of potential.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in many Brooks & Shorey condos, however this will be one that I will not return to. The curtains were filthy, the floor was not clean: sand was everywhere, toenail clippings were found in numerous places of the condo. The beds were horrible, couldn't even turn over without the loud squeaking of the frame/mattress. Dishes were not clean and forks were dirty. This condo left a bad opinion in ever thinking of returning to this complex.

We loved the condo 412 . it was our first time staying on the beach in many yrs. Loved it so much hope to be back and would to stay here again. the condo was great and the process was easy. Only thing i would fix is the king size bed in master. It needs to be replaced. The right side has a big sunk in spot in it. The springs are broken or something making the bed on right side very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect!

Overall very nice condo with great view from balcony

Overall I would recommend this condo. A couple of minor issues are that even though condo is decent sized, it is lacking places to put clothes. It only has two bed sized tables that have two drawers, so we lived out of our suitcase. At first their were only two hangers, however after a call they brought more the next day. Good customer service. For some reason the side of the bed closest was saggy, the other side was fine. In general the condo was decently clean, but could use a detailed cleaning (walls being wiped down, etc) In fairness that probably can’t be done with turning it over the same day with 7 day bookings

The relaxing, comfortable condo was the perfect location for a couple's re-connection vacay! Panhandle Florida beaches are among the best in the world and this condo highlights a beautiful view of the one on Okaloosa island. Delicious restaurants are nearby, along with a slew of activities for those who want to be more active.
