Family beach vacation

Everything was great except the parking deck… was so happy I could park out of the sun… day we left discovered my car was covered in gunk! My parking was on the outside wall of the deck and was half open to the outside… couldn’t even see out the side windows. My car is new… that was disturbing and disappointing. Just hope wasn’t harmful to the paint etc on my car. Think would have been better off in the outside parking lot. Had to go through a car wash before I could drive it home.

Beautiful Gulf front condo

This is a beautifully decorated condo. There is plenty of space. The balcony has a gorgeous ocean view. We would eat breakfast out there every morning. The living room has good seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice. The shower felt really good. Our bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and we slept well. The washer and dryer worked well and were full sized. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this nice condo unit. B

Good but Pricey for what it is

We’ve stayed at 3 different condos in the area and out of the 3 I would say it’s mid. It was very clean and comfortable, it was nice, but for the price I think we could have gotten better. The rooms have a view of the breezeway and the elevator, although the patio does have a nice view of the beach. There is no pantry or cabinets available to put groceries away so we had to pile them all on the limited counter space which made cooking a hassle. Overall it wasn’t bad, just not as nice as I would have expected for that price range.

Great weekend get away!!!

We decided to take a last minute trip to celebrate my birthday and I am so happy we found this condo. Communication was prompt and courteous. Condo was clean and very roomy for the 5 of us. It was nice to have the beach chairs included to enjoy the wonderful weather and ocean. It was the clearest water we have ever had during our stays on okaloosa island.

Fun Short Stay!

Loved Unit 507 at Pelican Isle. Very clean, comfortable beds with a LARGE main bedroom, well equipped kitchen. Great location, easy in and out. The Grand’s fell in love with the beach access & the patio view.

Spring Break 2022

My sister and I treated our adult daughters to a "girls trip." This was perfect! Not only did we each have our own baths but being directly on the ocean was our ideal scenario. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room. A perk that we enjoyed was that our reservation came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella per day! I'd say the only thing lacking (which is out of the condos control) is some sort of beachfront dining and drinks that was within walking distance on our beach. We felt safe being "just us girls" and would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Relaxing vacation

Short but pleasant stay

My Father and I came to fish for an extended weekend but was unfortunately interrupted with the tropical storm. Nonetheless, the place was clean and well stocked. Check-in/out was smooth without any issues. The management company kept in touch as our time closed in on our dates and was helpful in making sure our stay was pleasant.

Family vacation

We really loved our time at Ft. Walton beach! This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was huge and so nice. The only 2 negatives was the rug in the living room was really uncomfortable and hard on the feet. Also the dryer wasn’t very efficient. It was big and nice but we would have to run it 3-4 times to get a load of towels dry. Other than that, no complaints.

I was disappointed that I was not informed before selecting this property that the pool and fitness center was going to be closed. I was even sent codes to the pool and fitness center, so I felt very misled. I would have chosen a different property if I had known in advance. Major Disappointment! The condo itself was ok. Carpet in the bedrooms is dirty and the living furniture was quite uncomfortable. The bed slept great, but it was so noisy. The bedroom is next to the walkway and the elevator so don't plan to sleep in after 6am in the mornings. The DVD player in the bedroom must be older because it did not want to eject my disc. I had to unplug it and plug it back in. Location was great and the view was nice. It was right on the beach, which was a plus. Probably the only good feature of the condo. I would not rent this unit again.
