La casa è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante in spiaggia. 100 piedi di spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca. Porta la tua barca, c'è un ampio parcheggio! We were very happy with the home. It had everything you could possibly need. There was much more to the living area than the pictures show. Anyone thinking of renting this home will be very satisfied. We hope to stay here again in the future .

The most laid back place I’ve ever stayed. Super quite. Short walk to sunset grill and short drive to Perdido seafood market. Everything there is delicious. The cottage is super clean and well stocked. Huge lot with large private beach on the inlet. Lengthy walkway to water. So much better than being on the gulf. Back porch is awesome place to hangout. Grill and picnic table provided. If you like just hanging out at and not getting in the busy traffic this is your place. Sunsets are awesome. Best beach place I’ve ever stayed.

Good deal; ample supplies, dishes, blankets, etc.Luckily it was warm, the 360 porch was always in the sun!The “walk to” place was the Sunset Grille, good food and awesome sunsets over water.

I love staying at this little beach cottage! It is always super clean which is something I look for. The kitchen has all the tools you need to whip up a quick dinner. The porch is great for the kids to play on if it rains and the sand right off the back porch is in the shade and perfect for the kids to play in after they have been in the sun too much. We love this place!

This property was exactly what we were looking for: beach cottage, beach decor, natural setting, off the main highway, access to water, and quiet. Bonus was that the house was extremely clean and well-stocked. In fact, it was the best stocked and clean property we've ever stayed in. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable with soft sheets - we got the best sleep here! We actually loved the wooden walkway to the water - it's the Old Florida beach feel and loved the character of it. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch looking out to the beautiful oaks and water was a perfect start and finish to the day. The house has great access to the bike path and "Ole River" water, so bring your kayaks and bikes. The owner has a very quick response time in answering questions. This property is A

Private get away

We absolutely loved the location. We had no noisy neighbors because the location is ideal. The private beach and the scenery were awesome. I sat and watched hundreds (literally) of boats go by. My wife and I felt very safe here. Restaurants and shopping were 5 - 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend this place for a small family vacation. It will accommodate 6, but we loved the space and privacy it gave us having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The wrap around porch and the sitting area on back porch are perfect places to unwind. Lots of space and seating areas inside as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book this trip again!

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the bay. This vacation spot was perfect for our family. We can't say enough about every aspect as this home is situated inbetween everything we enjoy. The host was very informative prior to our arrival. We felt very welcome as if we were in a home away from home.

Amazing spot !

My family and i absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect and so cute. The location was beautiful. Our kids (9 &15) loved private beach area out back in general but for the red flag days and the evenings it was even more perfect. We will 100% be back to rent here again.

Spring break fishing trip

The house was just fine, it was as expected. There was not a lot of kids around but I enjoyed that. The only thing I found missing for my stay to have been better would have been a hot tub. The house was close to Publix and the dock where our boat for the fishing trip left from was across the bay.

Cozy well stocked home

We pulled in and immediately liked the home, felt like a cottage with the full wrap around porch. Inside was comfortable and very well stocked, more so than most rentals. Other condos close by but still felt very private. Loved watching boats and barges going down the waterway. Nothing was lacking, we enjoyed our 9-10 day stay immensely.

A moment created that we never want to end

I just had the astonishing pleasure of staying at Saufley House. I can’t recommend this gem highly enough! This is a slice of “Real Florida” surrounded by nature and convenience that allowed us to blend work, relaxation, and inspiration into a moment we never wanted to end.What makes this place extraordinary is its location right on the intracoastal waterway with its own private beach. The wrap-around porch gave us the perfect spot to unwind after a work-day or soak in the sunset with our chihuahuas. It’s rare to find a place that feels secluded and alive with natural beauty while also being conveniently located.My wife and I needed a space that could support both our professional lives and our need for rejuvenation, and this house delivered. The layout and peaceful ambiance made it a breeze to set up an artist’s studio for my wife and a quiet place for my virtual psychotherapy sessions. We’d work in the mornings, surrounded by blue bird songs, then step outside to recharge on the porch or stroll along our private beach. The convenience of nearby dog park, grocery stores, and restaurants with live music meant we could easily pop out for a meal or a night of fun. Several times we walked to these close by places. And being less than a 30 minute drive from downtown Pensacola allowed us to explore art galleries, “Paw-di-gras” Mardi Gras fest for dogs, entertainment, and history tours whenever we wanted.We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already plotting our return.

House and location worked great for us. House was very nice and we enjoyed the porch immensely. The house sits by itself and is not a crowded area so we felt like we had our own space. We loved how the house was decorated and especially the plan. Perfect place for couples or small families
