Seas the View Grand Caribbean West, great location

Just steps from the beach, See the view from your Balcony!! Very charming condo with a spectacular view of the beach off of the top 4th floor balcony. Sleeps up to six with a excellent floorplan. Master bedroom has a King bed, sofa is a pull out and bunk beds are located in the hall way. This condo is within steps to the beautiful sandy beach and walking distance to Rosamond Johnson Beach.

Guest are not allowed pets. Elevator is conveniently located at the front door. You will have access to hot tub and pool area with BBG Grills and picnic tables. There is a Gazebo area at the fishing lake on the property.

Beach stay

The condo was very clean, well stocked and a close walk to the beach! Susie was always quick to respond with any question I had. She also had beach accessories and wagon if you needed any of those supplies, which is an added bonus!

Home away from home with a view

We loved this cozy condo that had everything we needed. We go to Perdido every summer and with a newborn we knew we would have a lot to pack. The condo had beach toys, wagon, and chairs already available for use and saved us room for baby essentials. Susie was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we were happy! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we will be staying again in the future!

Great Stay

Loved our time in Perdido Key. This was our second trip to Perdido and second stay at the Grand Caribbean West. Great area, wonderful condo, fantastic view. Will be staying here again!

Beach Heaven

Everything was wonderful. Proximity to beach was convenient. Loved the beach amenities since we had flown in and could not bring items with us- chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and even a cooler for our snacks! The property had games and books and the washer and dryer were helpful. The kitchen was well furnished. Will definitely consider staying at this location if we get back to the area!

Good getaways

This unit had everything we needed. Was extremely clean and had many extras. Although not right on the beach we did have a good view of the water. Had a question for the owner upon arrival and she returned my call immediately to clarify. As frequent visitors to this area we hope to return to this condo soon.

Close to beach

The condo unit was elevator accessible and fairly close walk to the beach. We used the umbrella and chairs that were in the unit--they came in handy. You're not too far off from gulf shores and orange beach for other activities.

Great communication, excellent location

Excellent communication with property manager, keyless entry to condo, no keys to keep up with, property access secure with access codes in and out of property and to beach, along with parking passes, this condo comes with 3 beach chairs- 2 adults and 1 child’s, 1 beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, a small beach cooler and an awesome beach wagon that was very helpful. There is a pool and hot tub available too. The condo has over 220 TV channels to chose from and a washer and dryer for your use. We will be returning to this central location, close to Pensacola and orange beach. There are Lots of local restaurants to choose from. Close to Publix and CVS for all your needs. We highly recommend this condo. Remember to bring your own bar soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee, filters and dishwasher detergent though. Nothing negative to say about our experience and stay!!! Love this area.

Quiet and friendly

The condo was very nice and my son loved the pool. The condo is away from the crowded areas but not too far out. Overall we loved it. Only downside is the walk to the beach access but we would definitely stay again.

Nice and Convenient Area

The room is exactly as described. The only negative is the private beach areas which now has become the norm up and down the Florida coast. We had family staying at the Beach Colony Resort so we were able to use that side of the beach. The public beach access is the only stretch that can be used and the security guards are still pretty snippy when you say they can't rule the wet sand. If you plan to visit this property I highly recommend paying the $25 for a week pass to the State Park right down the road. It is a beautiful area and parking is right next to the beach. They have washing stations and bathrooms as well. If you need beach service then this is not for you. There is another entrance in front of the East building that is more friendly to visitors not staying on the beach. There were several renters at the pool that said they will not be back because of the private beach issue and I hate that for the owners that lease their properties. As far as the room itself and the complex there is definitely no complaints. Eating places and grocery is within a mile of the complex.

Excellent ocean views from the balcony and close to several restaurants, activities and beaches.

We had a wonderful vacation, and the VRBO home made our stay extra special with the beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony a handful of times during our vacation. Soooo relaxing.

Seas the View is perfect!

We had our best visit to Perdido and Grand Caribbean yet! Susie was so accommodating and helpful to me and my family during our Easter Weekend stay. The condo had SO many extras that aren't typical...beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and even a beach wagon! The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the whole condo was clean and inviting. There are books and games and extra snuggly blankets. She even provided a yoga mat and light weights. I was just blown away by the condo, Susie's attention to detail and her prompt response to my messages prior to arriving. We will definitely be back to Seas the View or any other properties that Susie has!

Fresh & Clean

When we drove up I was worried. The outside of condo building was not appealing. It may be under some updating on the outside of the property. BUT….what a nice surprise when we entered our rental. The condo was clean, decorated in such good beach taste! Well equipped with all you would want for a beach vacation!! Thank you for compiling a book with details about the area & instructions for our stay. The only thing I would change is the 2nd roll of toilet tissue that was one ply :( Definitely not a deal breaker, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location & the very well kept!!
