Benvenuto nella nostra unità Ci siamo innamorati di questo accogliente al piano terra, condominio con vista che si collega alle spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero e scintillanti acque blu del golfo. La nostra unità d'angolo riempie le stanze con il sole e molta vitamina SEA. Dopo un'intensa giornata in spiaggia, goditi la nostra nuova Smart TV Samsung da 55 pollici, accedi ai tuoi account Netflix / Hulu e rilassati (non dimenticare i popcorn)! Passeggia a Villagio Shopping Village per forniture da spiaggia, caffè, gelati, bignè e souvenir. Publix, Winn Dixie, fast food e ristoranti di pesce si trovano nelle vicinanze. Speriamo che tu ami e goditi il nostro appartamento tanto quanto noi.

Everything was amazing! This is my second year on this property first time with this host. Anytime I texted them they promptly replied. The unit was perfect! Very clean and neat, decorated very nice. I was there with my mother an 3 granddaughters 4, 5, an 7. The unit was in the ground floor which was great for my mom. An even on the ground floor the view was still amazing. Easy access to the beach. The pool was well takin care of an the kids enjoyed playing there. The location is great… walking distance to several restaurants an other amazing restaurants are near by. I can’t say enough nice things about the unit, the host, or the location. I definitely plan on coming back again!

Great condo

The vrbo host was so helpful and accommodating and a great communicator. The condo is beautiful and steps from the beach. You can sit on the porch and hear the waves and smell the sea. There are great shops and restaurants all in walking distance. I will be back!!

Great location, property owners were eager to please! Great communications. Pool right outside sliding doors, 1 minute walk to beach! Shower doors need reset on track, inside door would not slide!

Little slice of Heaven

We had an excellent stay in this unit! Absolutely loved the patio that leads right out to the pool and the beach. This was perfect for our family! The unit was clean and communications with the owners were above and beyond. We will definitely be booking another trip for this unit again one day.

Can't Beat This Location!

The unit was very clean upon arrival, and check-in was super super easy. Literally you are given a code and you are in! The location of this condo is the best part. It is on the first floor and by the pool, but also secluded enough so you aren't on display for the whole pool if you enjoy sitting on the porch. I am a little surprised there is not a full fence around the pool blocking it from the units. With a two year old this did make me very nervous, but we were diligent about locking the door. However, the pool is steps away with no barrier if you do have wondering children. But also so nice if you do have children and want to sit outside while they nap!! There is a pack and play there for use which was awesome! If you don't have kids, I would hands down say do not book any other unit but this one!! The king bed was super comfy in the master suite. If you plan to close the master door and have kids stay on the bunks, I would bring a fan as the AC units have a hard time cooling that area if doors are closed. The kitchen has so much stuff for use, I have never seen a kitchen provide that many basic necessities which is so nice. There are little shops and restaurants directly across the street within walking distance, and a Publix about 1.5 miles driving and easy to get to. Rebecca checked in with us and if we did have any issues, I imagine would have taken care of them swiftly, but we had no issues!!

Florida get away

What a cute little condo. The access to the pool was very handy and of, course the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well at stocked. There were even two different types of coffee maker, which I appreciated as I don't love Keurig coffee, but just old fashioned drip. We did wish there had been more beach equipment such as an umbrella and more chairs. It was nice to have a king sized bed, but it was too soft for our liking. The decor was very cute and we liked being within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Corner Perfection!

This condo was so clean and smelled fresh right when I walked in. The corner unit is a great location with steps to the pool and a nice ramp to the beach! Communication with the owner was personable and efficient! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect vacation!

First and foremost, Rebekah was amazing about communication. She literally had me so happy that I booked her unit, strictly because of communication. Condo was perfect for us. On ground floor, right next to the pool. My husband has blockage in his legs so location was perfect. Condo was very Brachton and clean. I’m already planning our next stay. Last time we stayed at Perdido Skye, the unit was very worn out. Not this one!

A Star Is Born!!!

This condo is purely a 5 star rating, but it needs another star because it is simply better than you will expect. So much better than the listing suggested. First and foremost Rebekah was a most gracious hostess. Secondly, the ground level front entrance was so cool and convenient. Thirdly, EVERYTHING was right there, within walking distance. We literally walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner at three separate restaurants. We only drove to dinner once, Fisherman’s Corner, and it is less than 5 min away. Last but not least, the condo itself was the PERFECT size for my wife and I as we celebrated my birthday. You literally step out from the living room to the deck of the pool, or continue thirty yards to the amazing beach. The condo was excellently appointed and the corner views were like a panoramic post card. All of the people we hung out with on the beach were frequent visitors and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Exhilarating weekend. You ought to rent this place, but not on my birthday weekend because we’re booking it for next year already.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at this property! Being on the ground floor was so convenient- we walked out to the beach & pool and back in to the room with ease! They had everything we could have needed! Most places provide you with 1 starter roll of toilet paper but they provided 3 and we didn’t need any extra. They gave plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. They even had a pack n play with sheets. They had beach chairs & Netflix to watch- everything we needed! We hope to be back!

The SEA property was awesome.

We had a corner unit - extremely clean. The owners had it furnished with the “extras” to make our stay totally enjoyable. We literally walked out the back sliding door and could be in the pool in 20 feet. The beach was just a ramp away. The sand was awesome - powder like and soft. Perdido Key is a wonderful vacation spot. The seafood and Lillian’s Pizza were a 12/10. We will be back and definitely stay in the same condo. Thank you Steve and Rebekah. You are awesome hosts.

Amazing beach front condo!

My 7 year old and I loved staying here with some a friend and her kids. It’s RIGHT on the beach. If the ocean isn’t your thing the pool right outside the door is warm and usually empty. The king bed in the bedroom was soooo comfortable! Will definitely stay here away :)

Very clean and convenient location!

My mom, my 3 year old daughter, and myself had a great girls trip! The condo was clean, and we loved how it was decorated! Super close to the beach, and the pool was right outside the door. (Don’t worry-the patio door weighs a ton, so we had no fear of my daughter sneaking out unsupervised). Several restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance, although the sidewalk stops just shy of the building making a stroller a little complicated. Overall, we loved our stay and had everything we needed.

Nice condo right on the beach

Loved how the condo was right on the beach. Came fully furnished with Almost everything you needed except toaster. The washer was not working correctly but overall I loved experience of staying here
