  • Bellissima unità anteriore del Golfo con tutti i comfort che potreste desiderare. Questo complesso in uno dei più ricercati di Perdido Key e quando ci si arriva vedrete perché. È perfetto per le famiglie e per coloro che vogliono essere intrattenuti al Florabama. L'unità # 505 si trova al 5 ° piano. Una volta che rimani in questa unità, nient'altro andrà bene ... Le opinioni sull'estremità orientale sono da morire. Puoi sdraiarti nel tuo letto matrimoniale e guardare l'alba. L'unità è lussuosamente decorata (le foto non possono rendere giustizia a questo posto, DEVE VEDERE). Con 3 ampie camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato, tutta la famiglia sarà viziata in questo viaggio. C'è un angolo bar fuori dalla zona giorno con e La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare un ottimo pasto con famiglia e ampi posti a sedere. I posti del tavolo da pranzo 6 e gli sgabelli del bar offrono posti a sedere extra. Lavanderia separata ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size. Master ha un letto matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto, suite privata con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata, e vista frontale del golfo con accesso al balcone. 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, TV e bagno privato completo. 3a camera da letto ha due letti singoli, TV / DVD e bagno semi-privato che è condiviso con zona giorno. Ci sono 2 lettini per bambini, quindi anche se pubblicizziamo questo appartamento come dormendo 6, se si voleva mettere i bambini sulle culle, potrebbe ospitare 8.

    Spanish Key si trova a pochi passi da Florida Line, intrattenimento dal vivo e ristoranti / bar. Inoltre, mentre sulla proprietà si può godere di piscine interne / esterne, sauna, impianti sportivi e molto altro ancora. Ci sono molte attività sulla spiaggia come noleggio di jet ski, parasailing, noleggio di sedie / ombrelloni e charter di pesca, solo per citarne alcuni. Trova un sacco di shopping su Beach Blvd o breve tragitto in auto fino all'enorme outlet di Foley. Campi da golf di classe mondiale tutto intorno. Vieni a stare con noi a Spanish Key e non vorrai più stare da nessun'altra parte!

Great at Spanish Key

This is an attractive and convenient unit at Spanish Key with a great pool and a new boardwalk to the beach. The property managers were very responsive to any questions.

Beach & Fun!

My husband and I live about an hour away but had family friends visiting from the center of the country and they wanted to stay at the beach. This condo is conveniently located near boat rentals, restaurants, and Flora-Bama for live music and night life. The condo building is not so large that the beach was super crowded which was nice. We had a small electrical issue which was repaired in a timely manner. Something that just couldn't be helped. Everything else was as stated in listing. Property manager was super helpful. We will definitely stay again when opportunity presents itself!

Our stay at Spanish Key Unit 505 did not meet expectations based on the photos online. Upon arrival, the condo appeared in need of a thorough cleaning and general maintenance. We noticed visible dust and debris under furniture and curtains, and the floors left our toddler’s legs dirty after crawling.The furniture and rugs were very worn and stained, and several lamps and fixtures were either broken or missing parts. One smoke detector had exposed wiring, and the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and in poor condition. The ice maker was not working during our stay, and overall the unit felt dated and in need of care.The management team did respond when we raised our concerns, but the cleaning and condition of the unit remained below expectations for a family stay. This property would benefit greatly from a deep cleaning, updated furnishings, and routine maintenance. We hope this feedback helps future guests have a better experience.

Needs updating

We love Spanish Key. The unit was clean however updates were needed. The icemaker was off and had mildew on the walls that we had to clean before we used it. The front bedroom bedspread had a stain on it. The coffee pot was broken and leaked coffee all over the counter when we tried to use it and the living room furniture was old and full of sand. The outdoor furniture had a broken chair. I will go back to Spanish Key but will go to a different unit. Sorry for the harsh review. The property managers were great.

We enjoyed our stay, the beach front view was amazing! Condo was clean & spacious, The furniture needs to be updated. Sofa & chair had stains, & the master bath shower had a towel wrapped around the shower head. Other than that the condo had everything we needed.

Great location but needs updating

You cannot beat this location. However, for an upper end condo, it needs to be updated. Also had some issues with cleanliness of dishes and utensils, stains on chairs, etc. Nothing that was a deal breaker, but for this price, there are nicer condos.

Great ladies getaway!

This condo is very spacious, the pool is large, and the distance from the beach is perfect! We had an awesome getaway here and would definitely stay here again. Only downside is the balcony furniture made of iron is uncomfortable. Check in was easy, Jeff was so friendly & gave us great area information.

Such a beautiful condo, everyone loved being there.

My husband was hospitalized and Micki and I were sure whether or not to cancel but so glad we did not. She was able to take her adult children with her and they all were impressed with not just the condo but the view from the balcony.

Dirty And Outdated

The unit smelled musty of old cigarette smoke. The couch and chairs were dirty and dated. The linens were clean, but old and haven’t been updated. The oven was dated and took forever to preheat along with a microwave that was cracked. The bedroom TVs did not work and the remotes were missing batteries. The water took forever to heat and the primary shower had an old rusty shower rack in it. The patio furniture was iron and uncomfortable. The dishwasher was loud and didn’t clean very well. We found shoes and jewelry from someone’s previous stay in our unit. I’ve stayed in this complex numerous times and this is by far the worst unit in the building.

A nice beach getaway!

Our beach vacation was wonderful! We loved the condo and the facility. Everything was clean and Nicely equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would change about the condo would be new balcony furniture- no one wants to sit on hard, tiny wrought iron patio chairs. (One was broken). This was not comfortable at all! I hope they will put a few $100 towards new outdoor furniture to make it 100% nice and comfortable. The parking area is small but not the condo owners fault. The condo wasn’t listed as wheelchair accessible, and we knew this, but 2 of the bathrooms were manageable and we made it work for my adult son. We are used to this issue so it wasn’t a problem. If they ever remodel I suggest they make one of the tubs into a rollin shower. This would be perfect! Not many take baths while at the beach anyway. We love the location and being close to the Florabama, Orange Beach and Pensacola. The ice cream shop directly across the street was a plus!! We will definitely stay at this location again. We had a great 4 days!

Spanish Key is a great place to stay for family vacation!! The beach is never crowded, and there are restaurants/bars within walking distance when you need a break from the beach!!

spacious property super close to FLora Bama

Loved the layout of this 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Property. 3 King Beds made it super nice for Adult Guests. Closet space is nill but storage is plentiful in the rooms. Loved the location.

Great location, lots of beach space. Actual condo is average and could use some updating. Outdoor furniture not comfortable to enjoy. Inside is older and not well maintained. Disappointed that upon arrival, we were told could not park in condo parking lot due to construction; this had been in effect since April 19th and we were never notified of this change. We had to park across the street in a smaller gravel lot.

Great location but needs updating

We called three times about the curtains being broken and the manager was prompt in answering but the people that came to fix the curtains didn’t come with a ladder and diid not fix the problem. The curtains were hanging down off the rod and stayed that way the whole week! They said they would return and never did. Outside furniture needed updating and a couple of chaise lounge chairs would be nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The living room furniture was dirty and needed replacing. The location was great.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and Spanish Key. The access in and out of the building is very easy for a family with young children (lots of carts available for unloading/loading car). Also, access to the beach is easy for wagons or strollers as there is a ramp, and you do not have to navigate any stairs. The indoor pool came in handy when the weather turned stormy. The only feedback I have for the condo owner is that I would invest in additional kitchen plates, bowls, plastic cups, and serving dishes. We found ourselves running out quickly. Also, most condo units I have stayed in provide a sponge and a little dish soap and hand soap. This was not provided here, and I forgot to buy it initially, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Nevertheless, our stay was great, and I would definitely stay at Spanish Key and this particular unit again! Thanks for a great vacation!

BIG disappointment

Upon entering the first thing we saw was the curtains hanging down in the living room. the master bedroom was the same. no ladder available to put them back on the runners. The food prep' knives were rusty, dirty and blunt. The pans were not fit to cook in. The old lounger on the tiny deck has a piece of dirty cloth on it that is supposed to be a cushion. The sofa in the living room should be thrown out. POSITIVES. a great location, super beach, fantastic fish available nearby.
