Come enjoy our 7th floor condo at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Located between Pensacola and Destin, Navarre Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach. The sand is white as snow and the water is an emerald color, hence the Emerald Coast. Leave the crowds and traffic in Destin and Pensacola and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Go shelling or fish from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or cycle on the 3 mile long bike path that runs along Gulf Blvd. Visit the Gulf Island National Seashore or one of the parks on the island. Cross the bridge and let your kids cool off at the kid's water park and play ground; both are right next to the Visitors Welcome Center. There are several fast food restaurants, grocery stores and local shops along Hwy 98. Incredible Gulf views can be seen from the private balcony. The dining area has a wet bar. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies and has new quarts counter tops. The floors in the entire condo were recently upgraded to porcelain plank tiles. We also offer FREE WiFi, electronic keyless entry.
The Pearl is a secure gated property with coded entry at the front gate and the beach access point. The Pearl has 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is geothermal heated year round and a hot tub.
