  • Un meraviglioso condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni nel POSTO ESTIVO al 3 ° piano! Tutte le piastrelle tranne le camere da letto, gli ampi armadi, l'enorme balcone, la vasca da bagno principale + la doccia separata, i ripiani della cucina in granito, la cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per garantire la tranquillità mentre si preparano i pasti preferiti dei propri cari, Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di perdere le chiavi poiché questa unità ha una voce senza chiave.

    Questo condominio fronte mare con 3 camere da letto è INCREDIBILE! Grande disposizione con la camera da letto principale sul lato della spiaggia con ingresso indipendente sul balcone, cucina di buone dimensioni con ripiani in granito, un'altra entrata sul balcone fronte spiaggia è dal soggiorno. Abbastanza spazio per accogliere tutti i vostri ospiti e familiari al tavolo della sala da pranzo con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bar per la colazione. Le VISTE sono incredibili, potrai ammirare lo splendido scenario che l'isola di Okaloosa ha da offrire mentre ti rilassi sul tuo balcone! Dance Nationals Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan, utensil, crockpot, coffee maker and k-sup maker. We all fit on the sectional and enjoyed the recliners. The patio chairs were great to sit in and look out at the beach and ocean. The location was perfect for our needs, especially getting to the convention center multiple times a day, just took minutes.

Great location for families

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

What a great experience for our first time to Fort Walton/Okaloosa area! Our condo absolutely beautiful, clean and amazing access to the beach, foot steps away! Very friendly families there, my daughters had a wonderful time meeting other kids and playing with them! Very family friendly and love the view!

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

Our Favorite Place! Spacious, Clean, BEST view!

Perfect location, beautiful views, so spacious and clean. The balcony is so nice. Having 3 bathrooms and bathrooms is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back!Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.

Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey is great to rent through, but this wasn't my favorite condo rental. Loud to up to 1 in the morning, chair rental not helpful, bathroom needs update, but the facility was good and pools were always excellant
