Questo spazioso condominio non fumatori al 2 ° piano con 2 letti e 2 bagni si trova direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Il soggiorno ha tutte le piastrelle nuove, le 2 camere dispongono di moquette e la cucina, la sala da pranzo, i bagni, la lavanderia e le sale sono piastrellate per una facile manutenzione. La cucina recentemente rinnovata ti farà sentire come a casa con un grande fornello lento e anche un airpot per mantenere il caffè caldo e un waffle belga commerciale come alcune delle caratteristiche. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice full size rendono il bucato un gioco da ragazzi. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale hanno porte finestre che conducono ad un balcone privato di 30 'con vista sul bellissimo Golfo del Messico. Questo appartamento può ospitare comodamente 8 persone, con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, 2 letti matrimoniali nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Perfect Beachfront Getaway!My family and I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront condo, and it was everything I was hoping for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay.The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach, so we spent our days lounging by the water and evenings watching the sunset right from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals.If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape, this condo is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

Great condo

Condo was only steps away from the beach and had everything you need for a home away from home. Loved the extra towel hooks in bathrooms and hallway (it’s the small things!). Complimentary beach service was great and the beach attendant was so nice and friendly. A very polite young man! No lobby here but really didn’t one with check in info texted and emailed to you. Overall great stay.

Property is a must!

The location was perfect, directly on the beach only steps away from the ocean. We have five children ranging from 2 yrs to 9 yrs and we had zero issues. Very convenient and easy getting from the property to the beach. Also, a large balcony with tons of room. Large sliding doors and windows across the entire condo! An umbrella and chairs are free which are a must! You have the option of renting a paddle board which we did. The condo also had some kids toys which my kids loved! Everything was perfect and we would definitely go again.

Great for the whole family!

We are a family of 7. Kids ages 13-4 and we all had a wonderful time. Great size kitchen and living space. Perfect waterfront views with a huge balcony. White powdery sand beach with crystal clear water. We will definitely be back!

Great Place

My family had a nice stay at this property in July 2023. The unit overall is well taken care of, clean, and close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook. Be aware, there is no Keurig so make sure you bring old fashion coffee. The property has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is right down the hall for the stairs and elevator. There was plenty of parking. We received 2 beach chairs with our stay and it's nice not needing to bring your own. We had an issue with our freezer, we called and they had the issue resolved within a few hours. My only complaint is there isn't much to do within walking distance of the condo, and there isn't even a sidewalk in front of it. My favorite thing about this was how small the complex was, it made parking easy, no wait for the elevator, and being that it's a small complex the beach wasn't super busy! Thanks for a great week.

Fabulous 50th birthday at Surf Dweller 205

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time at Surf Dweller 205. The Brooks and Shorey team was fantastic with communication and questions. The kitchen was amazing (very well equipped!). At some point since booking, the Keurig machine must have broken because they had a regular coffee maker upon arrival and we had brought a large bag of k-cups but the Publix is nearby. Very comfortable living room and kitchen furniture. I was worried about the master bed based on some comments from previous guests but it was great. The bedroom furniture, bathroom accessories, amount of outlets, etc. were all much appreciated. All so very nice! There is definitely a dryer problem that needs to be addressed (takes forever to dry a regular load). But so glad to have the washer and dryer (just too much time spent doing small loads). I was not surprised though based on previous comments. The porch is very nice but the stools looked like they were falling apart so we avoided them. But there was plenty of seating. The large orange chair was super comfortable!! Excellent AC. Excellent views. Very short walk to the beach. Two beach chairs and umbrella were readily available every day. Great attendant. The one elevator was broken but the adjacent one was operational. The condo is very close to the steps and just one flight up. The community carts were a lifesaver for both the days we arrived and departed. Thank you Brooks and Shorey team for a fabulous 50th birthday celebration. Beautiful condo!

Wonderful!

We have been coming to the this area for several years but this condo was our favorite. There was more than enough room for our family of four. Also, this was the best stocked rental that we have experienced. My kids loved the commercial waffle maker, I liked that there was a crockpot and the bonus was a keurig coffee maker. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella with the condo. Wonderful balcony, beach and facility. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. It was so well stocked! My kids loved the commercial waffle maker. Bedrooms are roomy and the view was amazing! We miss it already. We weren’t able to check in until 5:20. That was a pain after the long drive.

A week on the beach

We enjoyed everything about the property. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our only complaint is the mattresses were very soft, but that would not be a deal breaker for us.

Perfect Location and Size

Check in was super easy and the unit was ready prior to 4! The location was perfect. The building is not too large so there was room for everyone to sit beachside. The umbrella and 2 chairs were nice- just wished they were out longer. Loved the 2 queen size bed in the kids room. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Great food within driving distance. Highly recommend Stewbies, McGuire’s, and Burrito Del Sol.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The large balcony was a plus and the view were lovely. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were roomy as well. The kitchen was attractive and had everything we needed. Overall this was one of the nicest units we have rented in the area . Vacation

Everything about the condo was as expected except for the balcony furniture. Usually this wouldn’t be a big deal but I was very aware of balconies and furniture due to taking my elderly parents on vacation and knowing that this is where they would primarily stay. There was nothing wrong with the balcony furniture, it just wasn’t as nice pictured. The condo is perfectly located and beautiful. We will definitely try to book this condo again next year. Brooks and Shorey are awesome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect

Roomy and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very roomy and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed. We enjoyed the location of the property - it was more quiet than a crowded, large condo facility - yet close to everything. We needed a couple of extra blankets - and housekeeping was quick to answer our needs.

Fantastic Stay

Our vacation was fantastic! This property was in a great location close to shopping, activities, and great food. The rental was spacious and pleasantly stocked with everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better view!

Excellent Experience!

The condo was great! It was updated and very clean. We've stayed at the Surfdweller many times throughout the last 20 years and we definitely consider this unit to be one near the top of the list. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.
