Benvenuto nell'unità 402 Surf Dweller !! Questa unità è la tua vacanza perfetta! L'intera unità è stata ridipinta, tutti i nuovi letti in entrambe le camere da letto e i nuovi trattamenti delle finestre. Ha un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento in spiaggia. GOLF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM con letto king size è perfetto per trascorrere momenti romantici. Il materasso King offre il massimo del comfort in memory foam! Sveglia presto almeno una mattina per approfittare delle incredibili viste DAL LETTO! Non crederai alle scene fenomenali che prenderai dall'unità 402. Due letti COMPLETI nella camera degli ospiti assicurano che i bambini stiano bene. Saranno così grati quando riusciranno a dormire in qualcosa di diverso dalle cuccette !! Soprattutto, i materassi sono PILLOW-TOP. I mobili coordinati di questo maestro hanno ampio spazio per ospitare soggiorni più lunghi. Con il metraggio quadrato delle unità Surf Dweller, la camera degli ospiti si adatta facilmente ai due letti completi e offre molto spazio per passeggiare e non essere uno sopra l'altro. La cucina completamente arredata presenta splendidi ripiani in granito nero. È inoltre fornito di tutte le pentole, stoviglie, utensili, pentole / padelle necessarie per le esigenze di cottura di base. Risparmia un po 'sul budget CIBO in modo da poter SPLURGE su SPAZIO E VISUALIZZAZIONI! Inoltre, c'è un secondo frigorifero nella zona lavanderia per coloro che hanno forniture di alimenti alla rinfusa. Non preoccuparti, tutti quegli snack per i nipotini si adatteranno facilmente in questo condominio. L'enorme patio privato ha due ingressi di cui uno è l'ingresso privato nella camera da letto principale. L'arredamento del balcone in questa unità è fantastico !!!!! Davvero un vantaggio per l'affitto di 402. Set di mobili eleganti, comodi, puliti e imbottiti rendono questo balcone ancora più speciale. Tutti i piaceri di un caldo tramonto sul Golfo possono diventare un meraviglioso ricordo. Altri aggiornamenti di questo meraviglioso condominio includono nuovi mobili per la sala da pranzo, console TV con camino elettrico, nuovi trattamenti per le finestre, vernice fresca, nuovi letti in entrambe le camere.

The condo was very comfortable. The weather was a bit hot, but we stayed out of the sun during peak high UV hours. The beach was very nice, not really crowded at all. The balcony was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireworks display on Wednesday night. The pool was great. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Girls trip

We loved all the extras for the beach and the fully stocked kitchen. The toaster oven and the keurig were not working and some of the bedroom plugs did not. There was plenty of seating. The beach attendant was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional stay

Property was just as described. Spotless and well provisioned. The view was gorgeous whether you were inside or the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There was a comfortable couch and chairs. The location was perfect, less than 2 miles to great restaurants and to a Publix. Check in was via email where you were given a door entry code. Wonderful, no card entry! Checkout was via in-room ECHO. I highly recommend this property.

Won't book again

Got there- had to contact assistance, we had no power. Power issue was that the main breaker was turned off. We waited outside of the unit for 45 mins waiting on maintenance. Obviously the unit was not checked before we check-in or in the last several days. 2 hours later, AC isn't working . Call for maintenance again-says he can't repair it have to wait. Someone comes out at 11 the next morning to tell us he wasn't going to chance repairing it. The property manager finally decided that they would have another unit available. I do believe that this could have been done the 1st night. Condo is in need of things being fixed. Not the same experience that I had at this unit 2 years ago. Very disappointing.

Great property

Beautiful condo with amazing Gulf views! Balcony was our favorite thing about the property! Covered and private with furniture to sit on to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and spectacular sunsets! Spent most of our time on the balcony, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise! Would 100% stay at this property again!

Nice place but old. The couch cover dingy, bed hard as a brick. Furniture way to bulky for my likeing. But that's preference. Tile floor dirty. Feet get black. Cleaning people arent worth a crap! But other then that it's a nice area. Nice kitchen, great balcony furniture

First FL Trip

The condo is very large & accommodated us well. We had couple of issues but these were taken care of quickly. Central location to a lot of places & only 1 1/2 miles to Destin Looking forward to another trip.

Beautiful location but needs updates

The unit was clean but needs updating. The pictures were accurate but taken many years ago. Electrical outlets on wall between living room and master did not work therefore neither tv worked either! Cookware and utensils were very limited. Overall stay was good but is in serious need of some TLC.

The View

Overall we were happy with the condo. The check in process was easy. The management kept me informed of any updates and processes. The information for parking and getting into the condo was easy and organized. The management in general was very accessible and helpful. The condo itself was very nice with a great view. We very much enjoyed sitting on the nice and comfortable balcony furniture morning, afternoon and evening. The condo is nice but showing some age. Three women stayed in the condo. The biggest complaint -NO CLOSET SPACE!!!. The master bedroom is large and very nice. The master closet however was LOCKED. The second bedroom closet had a tall LOCKED dresser on one side and a small dresser on the other side. There were 6 hangers. We took the small dresser out of the closet just so we had a little closet space. We had half a closet with 6 hangers for 3 women!! Another hallway closet was locked. The remaining hallway closet was full of junk. This is UNACCEPTABLE . There is virtually no closet space. There were also no blankets. A sheet and bedcover and thats it. The nights were cool while we were there. There was a lamp on the nightstand in the second bedroom with a big crack in it. This is not really even safe. I called the admin office and they brought about 20 or more hangers in a timely manner. However, their response to the blanket situation was "turn up the thermostat". We went to Walmart and bought blankets. The only can opener was also broken and they also replaced this in a timely manner. The floor isn't very clean. I washed my feet before getting into bed at night. We liked the location and the view and the beaches were beautiful. There are multiple restaurants, bars and shopping about 1 mile away. Traffic wasn't bad. Overall, we were pleased. However, I would not stay in this condo again due to the closet and blanket situation.

Thank you for a lovely, memorable week!

My sisters and I so enjoyed our visit to Okaloosa Island. We were celebrating my sisters 60th birthday. We loved the huge balcony, spending mornings and evenings playing games, eating, chatting. The beach was glorious! The sand is as white as snow and cool to the touch even though the sun was warm. We loved the beach service, what a treat that was. The property manager was a pleasure to work with, they made check in and check out so easy. Thank you for such a lovely memorable week.

I loved the place only problem was the tv sound in master bedroom didn't work. And that the shoe mold in the bathrooms are in need of changing they were swollen. But other than that great trip

Girls Beach Trip

The condo was perfect for our weekend girls trip. Unit was ready early and the property manager emailed the door code and called to let us know. The balcony was the real selling point, it is very large with lots of comfy seating. The kitchen has everything you could need except for a blender😊 The smallest thing was that I wish the description would have included that the condo has a Kuerig, that would have been helpful. There was plenty of parking, beach attendant was super helpful and never had to wait long for the elevator. It was perfectly acceptable!
