Questo spazioso condominio non fumatori al 5 ° piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Il soggiorno e 2 camere da letto sono in moquette e la cucina, sala da pranzo, bagni, lavanderia e sale sono piastrellati per una facile manutenzione. Compreso il bar per la colazione c'è posti a sedere per cena per 10. La cucina completamente attrezzata ti farà sentire a casa. La lavatrice e asciugatrice full size rendono la biancheria un gioco da ragazzi. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale hanno porte finestre che conducono ad un balcone privato di 30 'con vista sul bellissimo Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio può ospitare comodamente 7, con un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, 2 letti queen nella camera degli ospiti e un letto singolo nel soggiorno. I servizi speciali includono 3 TV, 2 lettori DVD, uno stereo compatibile con IPOD di alta qualità e la connessione internet WIRELESS in tutta la struttura. Beach fun!

We didn't stay in SD502, do to renovations being done on the balcony of the condo, we instead stayed in SD607. We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Dweller as always. We are looking forward to staying at the Surf Dweller again next year.

Relaxing condo

We've stayed at this condo several times and always enjoyed it. We noticed somethings need updating bathroom ceilings and rugs cleaned. Otherwise this is a nice condo to enjoy and relax inside and on balcony. Satellite hook up didn't work all week, we didn't call anyone, because we managed to keep ourselves entertained in other ways.

Excellent Views

This is an excellent property it has great views and bed was very comfortable. Furniture was firt rate. They did call and tell it when it was ready which was a great feature. Only trouble that we had the TV lost connection when it rains.

Right on the Beach!

Condo was clean and well appointed. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed most everything about the condo except the following. Note in the condo said the only thing provided was toilet paper. No coffee filters and we weren't sure if we would be charged if we used the paper towels that were wrapped up on the kitchen counter. We have stayed in multiple condos where more kitchen supplies were provided. Not enough of a negative to cost a star but something that future guests should be aware of.

Surprisingly Quiet and Private

Couldn’t have envisioned a better place to spend out final trip of the year. We’ve stayed at the larger complexes only to be disappointed by families rushing out of their units in the early morning or wasting beach time waiting on a crowded elevator. Surf Dweller was one of the cleanest and well stocked units we’ve stayed in. The extra large Balcony was the icing on the cake. The 2 BR/BT floor plan also has pocket doors to segregate each room with its own bathroom. Will definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful Location

We have stayed at Surf Dwellers several times over the years. The location is wonderful. Always clean with everything we need. It is a perfect place to walk each morning through the neighborhoods and down to local restaurants. The view is absolutely gorgeous from the deck. The beach is clean and welcoming. Love the place. This next statement has nothing to do with the condominium. It is to do with humans... Have a care! There are other people around you. We do not smoke. Our neighbors below us smoked and I mean ALOT. Very unpleasant! Our neighbors above us started moving furniture around 10pm each night and kept at it until around 1am. This happened several of the nights. There is nothing that can be done about this because everyone has their rights but come on people!!

Coffee drinkers be advised!****

Ok.. This is a long one but hopefully it will help someone trying to decide if this is the right place for them or not. This will cover beach, area & condo Ok. Condo!! It was nice. BUT… needs some attention. large/spacious w/ plenty of room for everyone. Balcony was great w/ wonderful views & patio furniture was comfy. Showers were great!! The faucets are all flip flopped on the sinks. So be aware, hot is cold/cold is hot. Master bath toilet did take a long time to flush & the bathroom smelled like urine. Living area was great! my only complaint there would be that the rugs seriously need a good cleaning. Like shampooing & everything. Otherwise the place was pretty clean. Washer and dryer worked great as well as appliances. The kitchen however needs some serious attention. It is not at all well stocked for cooking & needs to be updated with new pots/pans & cooking utensils as well as containers. Plenty of glasses & dishes though. Needs a new can opener, the one there is a huge pain in the butt. ***Our absolute biggest complaint was the coffee maker! There were 2 and both were gross. The one on the counter still had grounds and beans in it that had become molded!!!🤢*** all issues were brought to the attention of the rental company and they offered to send house keeping and maintenance but we chose to not have anyone in the room. I would just bring your own coffee maker 🤷🏻‍♀️. We had to go purchase one because it was so bad. Over all it was a nice condo but I wouldn’t personally choose it a second time. The building yes, the unit no. Let’s talk beaches. I don’t believe you can do much better than Okaloosa island when it comes to American beaches. Destin is 10 minutes down the road and I wouldn’t say it’s any nicer. The water at Okaloosa is just stunning! They call it the Emerald coast for a reason! Clear emerald green waters wait for you with sugar sand & beautiful sunshine skies! You can’t go wrong!! Great for small children too as there aren’t giant waves unless there’s a storm coming in. Our 1yr old had a blast crawling on the sandbar in the water! Places to eat: check out Ali’s bistro for killer Italian(we went twice!) Old bay steamer for oysters The donut hole for breakfast Avoid Chapalas Mexican. Gulfarium for a good adventure for the family!

Gulf coast vacation.

This property was wonderful. The condo was clean, and very well maintained. The check in and out process was super easy. We will definitely be back. The proximity to the beach was the best part and the condo was very spacious. Even with a hurricane in the gulf the first part of our week we could not complain.
