Room was dirty as we open the door we can see the carpet edge ripped and dirt on the floor, called front desk(answer) house keepers no one on site. At night noises coming from everywhere couldn’t have a good sleep, no one acknowledged our concerns , second day breakfast was not the same as first day, waffles dough went from two dispensers to one, and the dough was liquidy you couldn’t eat it, there was no eggs nor hash browns nor sausage, hot top on he second night was full of dirt i had to scoop the dirt out myself. The big one is THEY DID NOT CLEAN OUR ROOM MEXT DAY, even though we had the sign outside the door to clean it, NO NEW TOWELS AND basket full when we complained about it they made excuse oh you didn’t ask for it to be clean( WHAAAAT), by the way NO ONE ASKED US IF THIS IS AN OPTION, then no manager was on site so i had to deal with it on the next day, next day manager wasn’t there at all was working in the breakfast area where the disaster was on the second day of NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST. So i waited till the breakfast finished went back asked the from desk where is the manager, he said oh she is not here working on something, so i gave up dealing with them and i checked out and charged me 2.15 $ claiming Expedia didn’t charge me enough tax, i paid and left, expedia should call us to deal with this issue and i want my full cost refunded.
