Incredible!

They really have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We loved it all, from the hot tub, the welcome snacks, the tubes for floating the channel, the paddleboards, the beach towels, the hot tub towels, the coffee makers ( Keurig, press, and Cuisinart), postcards, stamps, and even sunscreen.Thanks so much for going above and beyond, it is so appreciated! stamps, and even sunscreen!

Penticton 2024

We had an amazing stay at Shelly and Ken's property. The guesthouse is perfectly appointed and had ao many thoughtful extras that made this stay our best VRBO experience ever. We loved the shed full of beach toys and inflatables and the hottub and fairy lights made for such sweet evenings. Great area, awesome hosts, will definitely stay again!

Lovely and Perfect Getaway

During our annual Wine Weekend Girls trip we stayed in this absolute gem! The hosts Shelly and Ken went absolutely above and beyond with their hospitality. There were so many personal touches and small details that made our stay so very enjoyable. There was a lovely welcome card along with a bountiful basket of snacks upon arrival, bottled water in the fridge for us, and a divine assortment of coffees and teas, which were so very much appreciated! The cottage was beautifully laid out inside, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the items for cooking and serving that we could possibly need, with all the supplies being generously stocked. The outside area and garden were all set up perfectly for our enjoyment, with plentiful seating, and lovely dining outside options, and although we unfortunately didn't make use of the hot tub due to the heat wave, it was such a nice asset to the cottage, Hopefully we can use it next time!

Excellent place to stay....hostess thought of everything.

We loved the house it's very well appointed & very comfortable. Shelly was always available to answer questions & was very accommodating. Definitely a place to return to......We would give " the neighbours" a 10 .

Loved our vacation , such a beautiful , special place to stay!

Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts, Shelly and Ken. It’s hard to explain the amazing vibe , thoughts and special touches that have gone into this beautiful guest home …. from the twinkle lights ,hot tub and gardens ….to the amazing interior decor and all the amenities and beyond that we could have wanted …wow ! My husband did not want to leave lol…..such a wonderful trip. Great cycling, wineries…golf, pickleball, Dragon boat races, fabulous dining out….all from this beautiful location. Looking forward to being back next year . Thank you again for having us and making our holiday so special.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The location is great and easy to find. The guesthouse itself was loaded with plenty of amenities including things I didn’t even think I’d want or need while we were there. I will absolutely book this property again next time we are in Penticton. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This place was amazing. Shelly and Ken have thought of everything that might be needed. The outside sitting areas were awesome and so much appreciated (as we love to be outside). Loved that we had private gated parking and the hot tub was such a bonus! Would definatly recomend to anyone🙂

We traveled with friends and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was immaculate and Shelly even picked vegetables from her garden to add to our meal. Loved meals on the patio, coffee in the morning in this beautiful place. Thank you, Shelly.

Excellent accommodations in centre of town.

The property exceeded my expectations. Lovely welcome tray of goodies & brochures of places to visit & explore as you walked in. Shelley went above & beyond when it came to provisions. Linens were first rate& bed very. Comfortable we slept like babies. We felt like we were home in the spacious rooms & there were 2 outdoor places to sit & enjoy the lovely garden We are definitely returning next year. I would give the accommodations a 10 .

Penticton getaway with my Mum

This property was better than we expected .The location was perfect and the neighbourhood was very quiet . I stayed here with my 84 year old mother who has mobility issues and the accommodation was perfect for both of us . Lots of space , easy for her to move around in - no stairs and an east entry shower and spacious bathroom . The kitchen has everything !!! The whole guesthouse has everything and Shelly and Ken have put so much effort into every detail.I would love it if my own place looked like this . We did not meet Ken but Shelly was very friendly and wonderful to talk to . Her garden is amazing !!! I loved how clean everything was and the decor and I appreciated being able to use their paddle boards and have a storage shed to lick my two bikes in . The outdoor seating is wonderful as well .I hope to come back again next year but I know it will book up fast !!! Thank you for a wonderful getaway with Mum

Super cute and cozy

I stayed here with my mom, 11 year old daughter, 8 year old son and 14 year old niece. It was absolutely the cutest most amazing place I have stayed. Shelly and Ken have thought of everything and have included absolutely everything you need to enjoy your vacation. They were very friendly, personable and gracious. I will definately rebook next time I go to Penticton. There are not enough stars to give this place!!!!

Simply perfect

Ken and Shelly have thought of absolutely everything for this property. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The hot tub and beach/sports equipment were new additions added after we booked and so we especially appreciated them. We went stand up paddle boarding twice and loved it! From the lovely kitchen to the beautiful patio and garden it was perfect.

Even Better Than Expected

Shelly is an excellent host. She was easy to reach to confirm stay and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The cottage is the most lovingly and fully appointed VRBO that we have ever stayed at, in addition to being absolutely beautiful. She really has thought of everything! We arrived to a welcome card and array of treats to enjoy. The washer and dryer was so appreciated as we had arrived after a number of days camping. The location is excellent; two blocks to Safeway and a LCB and 4 blocks to the TinWhistle brewery! The neighbourhood was very quiet and it was fun to stay 'in town' and experience Pentiction from a local's point of view. I honestly cannot recommend this property enough and we look forward to staying with Shelly again.

Quiet and private oasis

The pictures do not do this place justice! When my friends and I arrived, we were in awe of the interior design of the place. It was artsy and modern with great attention to detail. There was a welcome card from Shelly and Ken and lots of little treats which was very thoughtful and much needed after a long drive! We had our own seating area outside to enjoy our meals and drinks and a hot tub to relax in. There was also a secure, gated parking spot! We truly enjoyed our stay here and can tell Shelly and Ken really enjoy hosting people because they put a lot of heart and thought into this space to make it feel as welcoming as it did.
