Just 7 minutes from downtown Peoria, we’re located in the charming Heights, close to local shopping, restaurants, markets, and fun activities.
Step out onto the expansive new deck that stretches across the back of the home, perched above a cozy enclosed sunroom—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets over the water.
