“The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler.”

“I HAD to check out early, after finding bed bugs on my bed the next morning!!! The staff wasn’t helpful at all! The law is they should wash your clothes for you, they had a fit because I asked for laundry soap! I washed all my clothes and then checked out!”

Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. ”

“Besides some major and possibly recent stains on the floor in our room, the room itself and bathroom were super clean. The staff was AMAZING & so very kind. The pool seemed like a salt water/chlorine combo so it wasn’t too overwhelming for my kids sensitive skin. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We will definitely be back! We are happy taking the stairs as long as we weren’t carrying all our luggage, but they did have an elevator out the few days we were there, so busy times of the day you...
