“The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. “The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. “Parking was right out front of our room, the counter in the kitchenette was perfect for me to use for all my paper needs and serviceable to eat at as well. ”

I used the guest laundry, the machines worked well, and the space was clean. They provided large pillows, which is so nice.
