“Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend, der Ausblick direkt auf den See war wunderbar. Auch der Sitzplatz mit direktem Seezugang war toll.”

“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“We just had a quick stay in Como but this apartment was perfect for our 3. Best view of the lake and so comfortable! The owner Sara was so accommodating and available! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved our time there. Thank you Sara!”

“Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) ”

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect...

“We enjoyed our stay here, had 6 adults and the views and location near so much of the lake was excellent. The walk/location was certainly not for the faint at heart, have to navigate up the steep hillside, but you get rewarded with the view!”

“Logement tout à fait correct. Il s agit d un appartement et non d une maison. Attention il y a beaucoup d escaliers pour atteindre le logement et la piscine qui est assez éloignée. Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top !”

Tuttavia, la doccia presenta una pressione ridotta e occasionalmente si percepisce un odore sgradevole dal bagno. Nel complesso, una scelta comoda per esplorare la città, ma potrebbe beneficiare di miglioramenti nel sistema idraulico e nella gestione degli odori.”

“This property was very convenient in Corso Como area. The unit itself was very minimalist, which is fine, but lacking in things like bedside lamp/table and the bath tub needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It worked, but would not stay again. ”

“La struttura è moderna e molto bella, la prima pecca sta sicuramente nell’orario per il check-in, che è fisso alle 15h, quindi purtroppo bisogna aspettare nonostante la stanchezza del viaggio. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”
