A very nice location with great surrounding gardens and very pleasant and professional staff. A great SPA and Medical centre with very knowledgeable personnel. Hotel decor is not really to my taste but thats a minor point, also food is rather overpriced. But otherwise a really great location for an R&R vacation.

I liked the property, but the staff was rude and unwelcoming. We went to the restaurant terrace by the lake and were greeted by very rude waiter who practically yelled at us for not having a reservation. Than he almost laughed at us for not knowing what to do because we were not Ukrainian. For this price I would expect some service, which we did not get.

This property is beyond beautiful! We absolutely loves our stay here. There is a lot to do here it is well know for it’s medical treatments and detox programs also very nice spa and spa area. We loved our stay!

This has to be one of the greatest treasures in the Ukraine. The facilities are impeccable. Pool, SPA, lake, beach surroundings are breathtaking. The staff is remarkably professional, and at the same time hospitable and attentive! One of the most luxurious resorts we have ever been. The restaurants were 5 star, and many of the ingredients are grown locally! There is even a menu with a choice of 10 pillows! Our favorite place out of the 40+ countries we have been!

Edem Resort & SPA położony jest z dala od cywilizacji, ok. 40 kilometrów od Lwowa. Przyjechaliśmy tutaj na wypoczynek i otrzymaliśmy naprawdę niesamowite doświadczenie od A do Z! Personel w recepcji i restauracji niezwykle przyjazny sprawiający, że ​​od razu czujesz się wyjątkowo! Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widokiem na jezioro i spaliśmy w nim jak dwa aniołki. Kilka restauracji z fantastycznym i zróżnicowanym jedzeniem oraz przesympatyczną obsługą. W karcie win było wiele skarbów w rozsądnych cenach, co nie często spotykamy w Polsce! Wrócimy na pewno!

This was the best hotel and spa I have visited in Europe. I travel for a living, and this hotel was outstanding! The service was attentive, kind, and warm. The amenities where the best that I have ever experienced! The spa and pool and grounds where amazing! You have to visit this hotel!

Just Breath-taking! Go no where else!
This is the ultimate hideout! Incredibly amazing. Friendly staff and just a breathtaking environment. Be prepared to spend some extra cash on food and spa services but definitely worth it!

Luxury Spa Hotel with Amazing setting.
The spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities were amazing. free to guests and very well maintained. An amazing "child-free" luxury spa hotel and restaurants with exceptional luxury decor, artwork, library, lake front restaurant, boating, gardens... just amazing (and I have traveled a little more than most and have seen many fine hotels around the world...)
